Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bathroom was clean but needed a little updating - saying that, for an electric shower it was very powerful.
The accommodation was perfect for a few days stay in Jersey. Fantastic location right on the beach with cafes and restaurants a short walk away and easy access to the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable and there was fresh milk, bottled waters and tea making facilities awaiting on our arrival - which was a nice touch. We could see the sea and the beach from both our balconies and it was nice to wake to the sound of the ocean. Vicky made us feel very welcome, made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions.

Beautiful, unspoilt beach location. A place to truly relax and enjoy nature. The manager Vicky went out of her way to accommodate us. Very grateful for the complementary tea/coffee/milk/water.

Fantastic location right on the beach! We had a lovely small 'Studio' room with all the basic facilities we needed. The food in the cafe/bar was very good as was the service.

United KingdomAlthough our experience was great, a few things to mention which will help future guests. There are no shops located within walking distance, you will need a car or be willing to catch a bus. The buses run every 2 hours 7 days and start around 10 am and finish around 7pm.
We were able to check in early and received a room upgrade - Thank you! Great apartments located on the beach with all cooking utensils provided. Sands Cafe is attached to the apartments which provide convenience for breakfast/lunch! The wifi is reasonable and free, which is good as the TV only offers free to air with no Netflix etc. All staff including the cafe were exceptional.

GuernseySays it’s non smoking but stank of old cigarette smoke throughout our apartment. Could be a lovely place with a few small improvements needed to make it more comfortable. Pictures on the walls, rugs on the floor, blinds not curtains to avoid the absorption of cooking smells and people smoking on the balcony. Really need to be strict on the non smoking rule.
