I’d prefer a room upstairs with a sea view.

The property was right on the beach and the room was clean & tidy. We loved that we got some tea / coffee & bottle of milk on arrival, it was nice to have before we unpacked.

Windows could have been cleaned without us asking. A broken bed and broken lightbulbs could have been replaced before we asked.

The bathroom was clean but needed a little updating - saying that, for an electric shower it was very powerful.

The accommodation was perfect for a few days stay in Jersey. Fantastic location right on the beach with cafes and restaurants a short walk away and easy access to the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable and there was fresh milk, bottled waters and tea making facilities awaiting on our arrival - which was a nice touch. We could see the sea and the beach from both our balconies and it was nice to wake to the sound of the ocean. Vicky made us feel very welcome, made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions.

Probably could do with a bit of a refurbishment as parts are a little tired and balconies and furniture need cleaning

No grocery shop within walking distance. Buses only run every 2 hours and last 1 from St. Heller is 17.20!

Beautiful, unspoilt beach location. A place to truly relax and enjoy nature. The manager Vicky went out of her way to accommodate us. Very grateful for the complementary tea/coffee/milk/water.

Cant complain about anything really. We couldn't get in for an early morning swim due to the high tide - but i don't think Joe and his team have much control over the tides!

Fantastic location right on the beach! We had a lovely small 'Studio' room with all the basic facilities we needed. The food in the cafe/bar was very good as was the service.

Shower was small ,we had a ground floor apartment and there was noise from the floor above late at night which was just footsteps but disturbed us sleeping at times

Very close to the beach and outside the apartment there’s bus going directly to st Helier. Apartment is clean and has everything you need for a short stay.

It was all excellent…just wish the shower was a bit more powerful, but that was very minor overall.

Property was very comfortable, clean, freshly decorated and in a great location. It was perfectly sized for the two of us!

Although our experience was great, a few things to mention which will help future guests. There are no shops located within walking distance, you will need a car or be willing to catch a bus. The buses run every 2 hours 7 days and start around 10 am and finish around 7pm.

We were able to check in early and received a room upgrade - Thank you! Great apartments located on the beach with all cooking utensils provided. Sands Cafe is attached to the apartments which provide convenience for breakfast/lunch! The wifi is reasonable and free, which is good as the TV only offers free to air with no Netflix etc. All staff including the cafe were exceptional.

Lovely hosts. Best location possible- right on the beautiful sweeping beaches of the west including surf. Cracking food in Sands the partnered restaurant. Highly recommended.

Says it’s non smoking but stank of old cigarette smoke throughout our apartment. Could be a lovely place with a few small improvements needed to make it more comfortable. Pictures on the walls, rugs on the floor, blinds not curtains to avoid the absorption of cooking smells and people smoking on the balcony. Really need to be strict on the non smoking rule.
