Loved the quirkiness of the hotel. The atrium which was for the sole use of guests was a lovely space. Breakfast was first class. Staff were very attentive!

Only reason why we didn’t give a 10 is that the air extraction in the room is working so exceptionally well that it tends to get a bit cold. The fancy Dyson solves this in a matter of minutes but it’s the only ‘negative’ point we can think of.

This is really a place where everything is just right, from the general atmosphere, to the people, the graphic and interior design, little attentions, humorous touches and central location. We really loved our stay here and enjoyed the nice food and great beers as well. Totally recommend.

just WoW! Edinburgh was beautiful but also our hotel was amazing. It was all rainy during our holiday but no matters, BrewDog provided us with a wonderful Edinburgh experience with young and dynamic staff and wonderful concept. Thanks:))

Quiet location just off Royal Mile. Despite the bar being loud the rooms are sound insulated and we couldn’t hear any noise. Staff were helpful and friendly and food was really tasty. Rooms are fun and we loved the record player and Bluetooth speaker.

The shower is weak, there is no lift from the ground floor, the fridge was not topped up everyday, we had to ask for clean towels one day, there is no room service, only a mobile number to call, the common areas are quite dark, the lift is terribly slow and my wife got stuck inside.

Everything is great at this hotel. The breakfast is just amazing, the rooms are the best I ever saw or almost. I would love that every hotel was like this one.

THE STAFF!!!!❤️ AND EVERYTHING ELSE!!! From beginning to end everyone was very welcoming, helpful, accommodating and friendly. This is by far the coolest hotel experience we've ever had! They thought of everything you might happen to need or want and had it all......including shower beer lol 😂.

The staff was amazing, Mika and team greeted us and could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable about activities in Edinburgh. He even went as far as to try to help us book a Whiskey tour last minute as we were only in town for a short time. Every employee we interacted with a BrewDog could not have been more pleasant or more helpful. We will definitely return and highly recommend others to stay here. The room was great, and even included a kitchenette, which was wonderful for TRAVEL. Love the beer, fridge and snacks that were available for purchase in the room. And, we love the water and sweet treats that were free for a hotel guest in the common area. Great food at the restaurant and great atmosphere throughout the hotel. Location was an easy walk from the train station. I would highly recommend staying at the BrewDog House in Edinburgh.

Breakfast was a highlight, different options were delicious. The location of the hotel is ideal, short walk from the station and just off the Royal Mile. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk.

I really and honestly cannot think of anything I did not like. It has its own uniqueness which I would not want to change.

Staff were excellent. Food was really good. The room had some really lovely touches. Location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh. I really loved the emphasis on sustainability "free beer for not having towels replaced". Staying at this hotel was a really pleasurable experience. Would recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

The rooms are cool. There is a lovely private bar for guests only which spills out into a private sofa area which is just great. Great food and the staff could not do more for us. The kids loved the free sweet jars/pick and mix. We will definitely return.

There wasn’t a plug where the dressing table was, so made getting ready difficult for a female specifically. The room was fairly dark too. The iron was rubbish.

The room was really cool, lots of detail to the decor. Could see the brand throughout the whole room. Breakfast was great and so was the service.

The shower was spotless but no water pressure whatsoever, more like a dribble 😂 but that's the only thing and it wouldn't put me off coming again.

Absolutely loved it. Best hotel room I've ever stayed in. The staff were fabulous, nothings too much. Comfy bed, the little touches like free pick and mix, coffee, the vinyl in the rooms 😍 and it was so quiet. I would a million percent stay here again ❤️

One little gripe, there are movement activated lights around the base of the bed and despite staying completely still, for some unknown reason they kept going on and off. We covered the sensors in the end, problem solved.

The staff were exceptionally friendly! The room was immaculate and very well equipped for all needs. On top of this, the communal lounge was fully stocked with games, water, coffee and complimentary sweets. Food is fantastic and room service is no extra to eating in the bar/restaurant area. The location is excellent, a stones throw from Waverly train station and the Royal mile.

We didn’t dislike anything, we were absolutely gutted we had to leave.

We absolutely loved everything. On arrival we were given two free drinks and were escorted up to our room and given a tour of all the amenities which were all done with impeccable detail. We can’t fault anything about it. The service was absolutely outstanding.
