I didn’t know they started a 5 per cent service charge but they were helpful explaining it to me.

It’s close to the all the facilities eg shops, transport etc. The staff are are very helpful and friendly.

They added a discretionary 5% to my bill to pay for staff. I feel they should state the price up front rather than adding hidden fees discretionary or not.

Myself and my daughter stayed there for 4 days, because we had stayed before for 1 night and liked the location of the hotel. My daughter is Lactose intolerant and I asked the staff on four occasions for a small amount of any form of lactose free milk (soya, oat, almond, it did not matter) so I could make her a cup of tea in the room. I was constantly promised this by the reception staff but housekeeping, again and again, said they only had "normal milk". I again asked at the reception, and I was told they would not provide this. They asked the manager by phone, who said we couldn't have this! I said I would buy some from a local supermarket, which I was told to do! Incredibly rudely!! I am amazed that a hotel does not have a tiny amount of lactose free milk, to make a cup of tea! I have no problem with buying this but I have stayed at many hotels and it has always been provided with a smile! It is such a tiny thing but it has completely put me off, ever staying there again!! It was the only thing we asked for in 4 days, and I have never met with such rudeness in any hotel, we have stayed in.

Nothing, apart from the shower flooded the bathroom so had to put towels down to soak up the water as it didn’t drain away in cubicle.

All was fine.

Wonderful entrance, friendly staff, warm welcome. Very accommodating. Lovely family weekend including our pet dog. Allowed to leave luggage in day of checkout until 6pm.

Although it is lovely having the rooms looking over the breakfast area, the music was on quite loud and this woke us up early in the morning.

breakfast - staff weren't overly helpful. the breakfast itself was awful. Very cheap sausages with gristle in, the fried eggs were rock solid one of the people traveling couldn't even cut it with a knife. I feel like the service could be just a bit more up beat. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to complain at the time otherwise I would off.

The bathtub was a little small, £25 for a sandwich is ridiculously expensive. Also a massage or using the wellness area more than £200 for an hour or less. Everything was incredibly expensive.

The location is exceptional. The hotel is clean very nice and cozy.

We booked 2 rooms and originally couldn’t find the second room booking which was on the same booking.com request. Wouldn’t accepted confirmation email or the fact both rooms paid in full on booking. Sorted after 15 minutes of discussion. Couldn’t get the room temperature high enough.

Great location for West London events and right by both Westfield and O2 Empire. Rooms spacious and comfortable and surprisingly quiet being on a main road even with a road facing room.
