The property is located close to a major shopping centre and a metro station, making it easier to get to the city centre. The room itself is clean, cosy and comfortable. My price also included lunch, which was very tasty. The staff is very nice)

Unfortunately breakfast was bot available. A real pity, as I stayed there in September and they were serving breakfasts, really delicious. I hope they'll start again in the future as I plan to book the same place for my next trips to London

I enjoyed my stay- the host was very responsive and reassuring when I misunderstood that the bathroom was not in the room (although it is clearly stated on the details. But it was conveniently placed and I shared with another lady so it was not an issue. The breakfast is great. Also it is so close to the underground and westfield is walking distance (over the road)

The only drawback was the room is at second-floor, requiring us to navigate stairs with our large and heavy luggage. Despite this inconvenience, everything else about the property exceeded our expectations, making it a great overall experience.

During our delightful four-night stay, we found the accommodation impeccably clean and conveniently located with easy access to Shephard’s Bush Market tube station. The prime location, just opposite the Westfield shopping mall, provided us with endless shopping and dining options. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious halal breakfast served at the restaurant next door. The anticipation of relishing the complimentary breakfast each morning became a delightful routine, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, and the utensils were all in excellent condition, enhancing the overall convenience of our stay. Additionally, the ability to wash and dry our clothes before checkout added a practical touch to the facilities. In conclusion, our experience was so positive that we are already looking forward to returning. We would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a clean, convenient, and hospitable stay.

Wasn't too much of a problem for us as I think we were the only ones there ...but there is a communal bathroom for 3 rooms ....

We booked it as we had a concert at the 02 empire which was very close also close to the underground station ...the cafe below did lovely breakfast too a very clean room

There is no water in the room. The toilet and shower are outside and really really small there is not even a possibility to hang your towels. No roomservice or cleaning during the stay.

The underground was only a couple of minutes walking. It was across a big mall.

Was not on suite & no lift, when you read the booking.com description you would believe it had on suite & it’s own kitchen. The bathroom & kitchen are shared

Definitely a hotel I want to come back to! When I finished traveling after 24 hrs, I opened the door and gave a sign of relief. The decor is beautiful and relaxing. My room had an electric water kettle. The room was spotless and smelled wonderful. The young lady that cleans does wonderful and she was so kind whenever I interacted with her! I personally don't mind a shared bathroom but that is an item to consider if it is important to you. As standard for England, there are stairs; so be aware if you struggle with stairs. If you get breakfast with your reservation (or even if you don't), the No. 1 restaurant is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast! Highly recommend. This recommendation coming from someone who does not like to eat out for breakfast. I fully intend on staying at this location whenever I come back to this area.

Great one night stay for work. Location is perfect for accessing Shepherds Bush Market station, and only a few minutes from Shepherds Bush station. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Well lit and well appointed. Amazing breakfast included at the cafe downstairs, really started the day well.
