We couldn't control the temperature in the room and it was one of the rare occasions when it's too hot so couldn't sleep very well due to the heat

Not the best design of bathroom - mirror located very far from sink edge and too tiny basin tap for such a big sink. The area between the main lobby and the rooms - needs renovation. When you have a car then its easy to get to the hotel, when you dont then there is a problem - a 15 mins walk from the nearest available bus stop.

Modern and renovated rooms and main lobby. Friendly and helpful reception desk. They helped me twice during my stay. Good selection of tea available in the room. Close to Luton Airport by car. Available parking if you have a car.

Booked a room for four to stay in after the FA cup final at Wembley. Paid £160 as opposed to the £600 hotels next to Wembley were charging and it took us about 30 mins to get there. Great location for the motorways. Staff were lovely, bar was great, breakfast excellent and beds very comfy!

Breakfast...food was warm at best. Though ingredients were tasty and lots of choice, the 'hot' food wasn't, so let themselves down a little

Just two gripes . . . . - Only a single elec car charging point available, which was faulty. - Room cold; radiator turned on full but not even luke warm.

Hotel+staff+food all good. Stayed as part of Harry Potter Studio tour package, which included nice little extras for the kids; HP themed treasure hunt and bed spread, welcome pack with HP glasses and cookie etc.

The way my table was cleared when I stepped away to pick up something at the buffet. This was done twice even I though I left something on the table to show that I was still eating. Also one of the front desk guys could have been more helpful. Renee and Labin were excellent!

The pillows were so large and full that one pillow was not enough and two was too much, so it was difficult to sleep without getting neck ache. You could not sink into the pillows

There was a need for more staff at the bar. The 4 staff members were expected to do so much - taking orders serving cleaning and running around. They managed (surely very stressful for them) but the waiting around could very easily be shortened if the staff numbers are increased.

The facilities in the room were adequate and beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
