We ate at the restaurant the first night. It took a long time to get our food. We had an issue with the room the first night. The next morning I went to the front desk and they said it’ll be looked at and taken care of. Came back from a tour and it was not related to the next workers. I had to explain the whole situation again. They fixed it right then and there so it wasn’t a problem really.

Really close to the Victoria Station which accesses to either where you want to go or to the next station you need. Customer service was good!

Price, but that’s standard for London.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Good for the cost (considering London prices). Warm cookies on arrival was a nice touch.

Ongoing building work with scaffolding outside the window made the room dark and noisy. Would have liked to have been made aware of this before we booked.

I loved the location- walking distance to Buckingham Palace, super short distance to departure point for bus to Harry Potter Studio as well as national express to Luton airport. All great :)

No Toiletries avail in the room; housekeeping didnt vacuumed our room within 4 days of our stay. Complimentary Coffee werent refilled

This hotel is great. Very friendly and efficient staff. Food is very good. Lovely comfortable room. The location of this hotel is brilliant, across the road from Victoria Station, close to theatres and within walking distance of tourist attractions. Very convenient for getting to Gatwick Airport.

No slippers and toothbrush provided though it is a 4 star hotel, and not cheap.

Central location. Near to underground and amenities. 5 min walk to guided tours at Victoria coach station.

The train station (Victoria) and bus stops are very near to the hotel. The food and the staff are very good. The houskeeping is top notch and the Buckingham Palace is in walking distance.

There wasn’t much to dislike about the property at all. We were just part of an unfortunate Fire Evacuation one evening.

Very clean and well presented property. The staff were all very friendly and the staff in the restaurant always made us feel welcome.

Over £250 for 1 night in a double room, but breakfast would have cost the best part of £40 extra for 2 people. So not good value.

We had a fire, so that wasn’t fun but it was out of the hotel’s control and the staff handled it well.

Toilet in lobby had no lock for whole of the stay. Breakfast good, but there was no bread or rolls left on our second morning, my son love hot chocolate but both mornings had run out, no ketchup either.

Double bed was against window so could only be accessed on one side. A little awkward for two pensioners who need bathroom access through the night!

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. We arrived half an hour earlier, but our room was not ready even at 3 pm.

On our second day, there was a major water leak in the lobby, which was dealt with efficiently. However I got a call from reception in my room instructing me “not to use the water” which meant that the toilet, sink etc were unusable. I did not get any apology during the phone call or afterwards, or at checkout. The hotel did not offer anything by way of compensation either. This is not good enough for a Hilton hotel. Design wise the bar area could be more comfortable. It was also very cold in that area due to it being near the main doors which were always opening and closing.

The hotel was right across the road from Victoria station and within walking distance of Buckingham, the Tate, and several other nearby areas of interest. The rooms are quite big compared to the average room size in ither area hotels. The WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was also good.
