Good size hotel, family room size was okay, Managed to park on site sometimes, but carpark is small, so space is limited.

Cold at night and get robbed at breakfast

The property was great nice and clean. It got cold at night tho has the heating didn’t come on and the fact I paid £10.50 for breakfast and only get the £7.50 breakfast and if I wanted the bigger one what I actually paid for I had to pay a extra £3

Very close to beach , shops , bars and places to eat . We had a ground floor double room as had our 2 dogs with us , was ideal as easy to take them out and not having to go through the main hotel disturbing non pet guest and the 2 ladies at breakfast really made a fuss of them and brought them a bowel of sausages for there breakfast ( they did ask if it was ok first ) we thought it was a nice touch making the dogs welcome as part of our stay .

Car park is a little awkward, the rear row of cars being boxed in by the front row. Water flow from the hot tap was a mere trickle in the mornings. Shower was mediocre.

Nothing really, I travel on business in big brand hotels a lot and they don't have the personal touch of these smaller hotels. Your standard buffet breakfast isn't a patch on what you'll get here, and you wont get the care that these staff give.

Last minute hotel booking so made this reservation in a bit of a rush. Great staff lovely breakfast, its down a side street which give the benefit of a nice quiet nights sleep, but you could throw a tennis ball on the beech front / shops / restaurants so in touching distance of everything. Nice towel stack where i came in and everything was clean.

Restaurant doesn't open evening meals.so had to go out for that . My fault as booked late all rooms for disabled were taken so had a flight of stairs which was hard for me. But won't put me off will ring to see if they have a room downstairs on next visit

The full English ( regular ) was plated but could have been larger ie more beans and another slice of bacon rather than one slice. It mentioned fried potatoes on the menu, but we were told there wasn't any and that the menu should be updated. There wasn't any cereals or fruit, but there was fruit juice.

The location - the on site car park - friendly welcome - the size of the room, and the ensuite.
