A very spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet and peaceful location. It is furnished and equipped to a really high standard. Access using the keypad and PIN is easy, and the luggage store was an added bonus.

- check in/out was easy and seamless - all digital, though hosts were quickly reachable through the booking app - location is fantastic - central and quick to get to the tram / walk to royal mile, yet also tucked near the embassies so felt safe and quiet - flat itself was the perfect size and clean, exactly as pics suggested - we preferred the highest flat and it was well communicated beforehand that there is no lift so we had no issues with stairs - amenities within the flat were also a nice touch - a clear manual with instructions and food recommendations, a couple biscuits, clean cutlery (no scratched up pans!), coffee pods and biscuits - building has luggage storage

The cleaning could have been better, and the heating in the bathroom did not work. Also the room is huge, with a a believe single bed, they could put at least a king or super king.

Cooking and eating utensils. We had no plates or and only one or 2 cups between 3 guests.

I loved the space and the high ceilings. The decor was minimalist and clean bathroom and bathtub were beautiful and functioned well. Hosts were lovely and very helpful with local tips. Heating system was great and access to and from Building added to feeling safe in an unfamiliar area.

There was nothing we didn't like to be honest.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Bright and airy with lovely decor. The bath is amazing and the showers were great too. It was spotlessly clean, genuinely couldn't have been any cleaner. I appreciated the little touches like coffee and biscuits.

The main toilet wouldn't flush great but nothing to bad. It was on the top floor ok for us but stairs only.

the toilet in the main room en-suite barely flushed. On the stroke of 10am the cleaner banged on the door for us to vacate… we were ready to check out anyway… but not quite the vibe and it did appear a bit rude.

Not a thing I can think of regarding the property.

Location is perfect, apartment is amazing with lots of original features which adds to the character, a quirky layout which adds to the appeal. It's a hidden gem of a place to stay, which should keep to myself 🤣 Steady 10 mins to the main street for shopping with lots of nice cafes and food places within a short walk, a 25 mins walk from the property along the Royal Mile to the castle.

1. The TV remote is quite unresponsive in quite a few buttons. It was truly inconvenient. 2. The blind operation was flimsy. The blind rope was getting detached very frequently. We could easily attach it and use again but quite an annoying thing. 3. The oven needs a thorough cleaning. Trays had food grease from previous uses and it was smelly. 4. While booking through booking.com website it was impossible to know which floor the flat is in. It’s a crucial information they should provide before booking. We were lucky to get the 1st floor flat. The building has no lift and dragon suites manage quite a few similar flats in the same building.

Location was convenient - 3 min walk from west end tram station, lots of options for cafe/eateries/grocery/pharmacy, peaceful neighbourhood. Both dean village and princess street is walkable. The flat was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. There was a manual to describe each and every thing about the flat facilities which was handy. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary kitchen supplies.

Free view channels could not be viewed due to poor signal. A more powerful indoor antenna may be handy.

Elegantly decorated spacious flat in a well sought after area of the West End of Princess street, Edinburgh. 7 minutes walk to West end Tram station/ buses. Plenty of restaurants, shops around including Sainsbury's and Tescos. Large windows with great street view. Very efficient heating system and flat gets easily heated. Latest washing machine/cooker/hob/microwave facilities with an extractor in place. Kitchen utensils provided to make quick meals. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk/biscuits provided. Comfortable bed and a great sofa bed. Large TV with unlimited Netflix/ Youtube. Fast free wifi. Security cameras in place.

We had two apartments and the bigger one was very good, but in the smaller one you had to go through the bedroom to go to the toilette. We were 3 adults there and it was inconvenient. We didn't notice that arrangement when we ordered. We tried to contact the host but they didn´t answer. Everything else was excellent.

We liked to stay there and the apartment was mostly as we expected.

Nothing negative to say about the apartment we were in. Apartment 4, which is a two double bed apartment. Plenty of space, each bedroom had separate bath/shower room and there was an additional toilet off the lounge, excellent accommodation.

Key code was advised the day before arrival. While you can't access the apartment until arrival time the code allowed entry to the building and access to a secure left luggage area in advance of entry time to the apartment. As the apartment is in a great location for a coffee/walk/shopping this was greatly appreciated.

Very modern, very new and really high quality furnishings. The shower was unbelievably amazing! It was very spacious, central heating, very well-equipped with a fully functional modern kitchen, laundry room, 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 ensuites and the 3rd room had it's access to their own bathroom. We had a lovely time with the family playing games and it was lovely to come back home to nice comfortable beds after a long day of exploring. 15 mins from the city and we loved it because we enjoy walking.

Beautifully decorated apartments which are a short stroll to the centre of Edinburgh. Fully equipped with everything you could need for a luxurious stay in Edinburgh. 1st class service from the team who resolved a small issue within 30 minutes of me contacting them (and it was late at night). Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. 5 minute walk to the tram stop for the airport. Luggage storage facilities at the apartments. Cannot fault these apartments.

NO OPTION TO LOCK THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE!! No kitchen towels The extra bed (sofa bed) wasn't made, we had to do it ourselves which was a mess Parking per hour in the area is outrageous (4 hrs 23 pounds)
