Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaDecor is a little tired and carpets need cleaning Kitchen not appropriately stocked for number of guests - maybe rooms had not been adequately checked. More garbage bins required.
The location is amazing - close to the city, quayside transport. The staff member I spoke to by phone was very helpful, organising late access for us on arrival. Access is great. The rooms are spacious. Beds comfortable. Good supply of linen. Bathrooms well equipped.

United KingdomBeds did not feel "large" as described and the mattresses were wobbly. Kitchen lacked some useful utensils and oven trays. Broken window latch meant it flew open when the wind picked up, which happens often in a penthouse. Parking was extortionate. There is secure underground parking available if you do not have a roofbox. Otherwise you can park behind the building in an open car park. Also, the front door to the building was not secured out of reception hours.
Great location just outside the main centre and by the river and Millenium Bridge. Half decent view from the apartments we were allocated. Supermarket was just around the corner. Beds were ok, shower and bath was fine and kitchen was usable. Staff were also able to replace a broken TV remote within a couple of hours on Xmas Eve.

United KingdomApartments need a little TLC. Sofa was ripped, blinds were broken, cupboard doors were wonky. Cot wasn't in room as requested, unable to contact anyone to rectify the problem at 8.05pm. Thankfully, cot and blinds were sorted the following day.

When we eventually got checked in, the sofabed had no mattress, we went to reception to ask for one and were told they would get us one. This never appeared. We had to return to reception to ask again where we were handed a camp bed and thin mattress which turned out to be broken when we got it to the room. The coffee table was also broken. Such a shame as it was in a good location foe our weekend away

Cleaners go into the property daily, if there are any damages to property the company would know in 24hours max, so why hold a deposit for upto 14days?? It's 2023 guys, the booking was instant you cannot keep my money in your accounts for naught. It doesn't make sense. There is no customer on the planet that wouldn't feel better if youu returned their cash early. It be a better experience. Right nw the experience is trash.

United KingdomThere was a large damp patch when we arrived, it didn't dry until the end of our trip which was 7 days. Staff didn't know what it was or what caused it so we just stepped over it the entire time. Two of the lights in the studio didn't work which meant the kitchen was in darkness. Reported it to the staff. It took several days for it to get sorted. At one point maintenance told the staff they had sorted it when they hadn't, we had been in the room when they supposedly came by. We couldn't cook because we couldn't see anything. It was not a fully equipped kitchen especially not if you were staying for multiple days or wanted to cook. No baking tray, no knives, or appropriate dinner ware.
Great location, very close to a metro stop. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable.

The skirting board in one bedroom was broken. Lots of scuffs on paintwork. The fact that £100 security deposit is still pending 7 days after our trip.
Perfect location near quayside. Easy to find. Good spacious apartment with 2 beds and 2 baths. Good contact with hosts before the stay.

United KingdomThe apartment is in need of a bit of work. Windows we’re damaged and there were scuffs and holes in some walls. The photographs are a little misleading and I feel the penthouse apartment we were allocated was not as advertised. We paid with an expectation of a large balcony with a view, but this was not the case as we were allocated an apartment at the rear with a relatively small outside space.
