The property was in a great location and the rooms were really spacious! The pillows are the comfiest pillows we’ve ever slept on so much so we’re actually looking to purchase them for home. The staff were so kind and decorated our room for us as we were celebrating a birthday.

Room a little small. Ok for me but a bit cramped if there had been two of us. Air-conditioning unit outside window a bit noisy but OK when window shut. Would have preferred kettle in room but did have access to tea and coffee anytime.

The first room wasn't too clean, but the second room was spotless.

Location was great, close to all buses for everywhere else and right in the middle of town. Busy at night, but the pub closes by 12 and then it's silent. They kept my suitcase before and then after check in, no issues at all. Staff were extremely helpful. They printed out tickets when my phone broke and helped me fix my phone too. Very helpful. They also moved me straight away when I asked about the loud generator sound in room 19. Netflix etc on TV was good when getting back at night.

The shower was a little dank. They could use a better showerhead and also need to clear the stall more thoroughly.

The room was spacious and the beds were the actual advertised sizes (twin and double) with comfortable, firm but not hard, mattresses. Bank Square is a nice little pocket of the city, and though you can hear some noise from the bar next door, it's so minimal it was no problem to sleep through it.

It was too loud at night as it was close to a pub.

The room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. Although there weren't much amenities but doesn't matter as we have our own.

Was grubby, carpets dirty ...marks on walls and extra bed in the room the side of the mattress was stained brown and red badly? Made us feel bit uneasy

Staff were so nice, great city centre location. Bed was comfy! We booked late and got a good deal so value for money

Towel changes, didn't happen and no instructions to ask No kettle and having to ask for coffee at reception. I usually drink herbal tea before bed but didn't fancy going down in my small for hot water. Lighting needed over long mirror as the room could be a little dark No need for individual soap, just use a wall pump one like the shower gel you provide. Do note you need to ensure you have €100 for a deposit, they give it back at the end but need to add to your budget.

Have not seen £100 additiinal deposit required when you come. Was advised it was in booking.com but looked through q&a and about but didnt see it and did not noyice when doing payment first time.

Booked as I was out in Belfast and would miss the last bus. For £60 couldn't complain at all, good comfy bed, easy check in and decent room facilities with a tv, desk towels etc. Decent shower as well for the morning time. Would definitely stay again.
