The room was quite cold when we arrived, but the radiator heating was turned on, and an electric heater also provided, which warmed the room satisfactorily

The property is located on a housing estate and even with double glazing was a little noisy.

The breakfast was a nice bonus given that the price was already great value. It was plentiful and warm and delivered to our bedroom door as arranged. The bed was comfy and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. Ian was kind and most helpful. The location was just off the A1 and easy to find. Would certainly book again.

There was a security keypad but it wasn’t working so I had to knock the front door every time I wanted in and going out the door stuck - so had to get someone to open it for me to get out! The room wasn’t en-suite though I had a well equipped bathroom (but the shower wasn’t great) all to myself. However I had to go out of my room to use it.

Location - I was visiting my family who live close by. It is a bit of a walk in to Dunbar High Street (20-30 mins) unless u know the shortcut which takes approximately 15-20).

It would have been nice to have breakfast in a different room where we might have met our fellow guests. The parking needs to be better managed - on our second night two carelessly parked vehicles were taking up all four spaces so we had to park on the street.

It was odd being confined to one room for sleeping and breakfast, but the room was well-equipped and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite adequate (although there was no cooked-breakfast option). For the price what was provided was certainly good enough, and the location was perfect for our particular needs.

The weather.

Big room. Bed tables chairs TV. spotlessly clean. Fully stocked bathroom. With bath and wet room shower. Good breakfast. Family run place. One of the better places and amazing value for money.

Room was cold at night, (but so was the weather), no key to lock room door from outside and front door not locked so didnt feel overly secure as room had to be left unlocked when you keft tbe room.. The, bathroom was not ensuite but is a private bathroom to use. Room could do with a deep clean, top corners and headboard especially..

Property would be better descibed as an air BnB as it is also the hosts home. It is inexpensive, Easy access, easy parking, local pub, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast looked nice which is left outside room, this is eaten in the room, there is no breakfast room. host chapped the door to let us know it was there. We only used the accommodation to sleep in, so for price paid was fine. I have mentioned a few bits I wasn't so keen on below. The heading what you didn't like is a bit harsh. What I would say is points I wasn't keen on rather than didn't like.

Needing to walk down the hallway to get to the bathroom, but also completely reasonable for the fantastic price and the fact that this is a small Bed and Breakfast!

I booked at the last minute late on a Monday night. They were helpful and checked me in despite it being after 10pm!

First visit so with it being dark, just a tad difficult to identify which house it was- a larger number visible from the road, or a B&B sign would be helpful. :)

Very comfortable bed, en-suite facilities fine, plenty of sockets for laptops and mobiles.
