I booked two double rooms . One room for 2 people and one room for 1 person. After we had checked in and shown our rooms we discovered that the one room allocated to the single was large with a large size bed and the room allocated to the 2 people was smaller and only a normal double bed. I think more care could have been taken by staff allocating the rooms to check this sort of thing. Yes we could have changed rooms but it seemed unfair for our daughter to have to repack and swop. Having said that she would have done this. In my opinion more care could have been taken by checking and allocating the rooms approatly. Only other comment Air conditioning system was very noisy and no instructions as to how to turn it off. I just pressed all of the buttons until it stopped.

Car Parking was very tight but given the location, not surprising !

The Receptionists were very helpful in booking taxis etc., and all the staff we met (not many) were friendly and polite. We will definitely be going back one day ! The location was surprisingly quiet, given that it is just off Poole Quay.

Parking was difficult, our half board arrangements were strange. We had to pay extra for veg! Not sure what the difference is between an optional food and drink service charges and a gratuity?

    Lovely room.

Not much life left in the pillows and bed ok but felt a bit worn Was messaged on day of arrival to say parking at the hotel would cost me £10 then when I checked out, they said it was £15?

Good quiet location, friendly staff, room spacious and clean. Nice shower.

Sitting at a bar where the barman poured us 2 glasses of wine and being charged service charges, there was nothing extra than him doing his job, he didn't even have to bring it to us

I am all for some mood lighting the room, but as an option. The bedside lights were dim and the "standard lamp" was all style and no substance with virtually no light. Luckily we were out with a friend for the evening and not back until late.

There was a good choice for breakfast and the bistro an attractive room.

They seemed to be low on orange juice and some of the continental foods , possibly not enough staff. Quite expensive for what it was.

In one room the room climate was not good. Looks like the old building has a bit too much moisture. Noisy, building as you can hear you neighbors walking.

Comfortable, good breakfast. Excellent for slowing down.
