We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was great, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bed was very comfy and we had a good night sleep from travelling up from South Wales. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice, everything well prepared and fresh. Can't fault our stay there at all.

quick check in and lovely staff, had a meal in the restaurant that evening also which was also very nice. our room view looked onto a wall not the courtyard but weather wasn't ideal for sitting outside overall room was very nice although my partner said the bed was a little small he is quite tall but otherwise was very comfortable

United KingdomThe only thing I can honestly say that we didn’t like was leaving an extra £50 deposit and not getting it back as we left we still haven’t gotten it back yet it can take days to go back into your account. I feel you should get that back at the latest the next day.
We love duck bay hotel and loch lomand but this was the first time we actually stayed over night we had a fabulous time staff where lovely and food was brilliant especially the breakfast and selection! The lady on the door at breakfast was superb such a lovely welcoming morning person !the bed was so comfortable and place was spotless.

United KingdomFood. The breakfast was really not good. 2 days it was disappointing. On the first day low-quality bacon and sausage, felt microwaved. The second day I paid the extra fee for a 'better' breakfast and it was equally disappointing. The food did not feel fresh, the muffin tasted like it had been defrosted as did the salmon. The food in the restaurant felt like it had been microwave-heated. This felt a shame to me, as the food in years gone by here was very good.

Staff were really friendly, lively, helpful and willing to accommodate. They also showed a real intuition. Restaurant and food was excellent and the Christmas decor very impressive!

Breakfast was absolutely lovely, plenty of choice and a freshly cooked breakfast choice was superb! Staff were also very friendly! The gorgeous view looking out over the water wasn't all that bad either! The beautiful Christmas decorations at the entrance and in the lounge bar and restaurant were absolutely gorgeous! The beautiful cake counter and choice was smashing and again the lovely attentive staff could not be faulted!
