Bright decor.

The location was ideal as we were attending a spa nearby.

Double bed was a little on the small side. Heating operation was a bit of a mystery- too clever for ordinary folks like myself.

The location and the view from the restaurant were second to none. Restaurant food was very tasty and well prepared. Waitresses always ready to assist. Drinks prices still acceptable.

I found the bed to be very hard and bouncy Didn’t get a great sleep for the couple of days but everything else in hotel made up for it

The hotel is beautiful , the decor was amazing. Restaurant was nice Food was fab Room lovely nice view over the loch and the balcony was a nice touch, just a pity the weather wasn’t brighter.

Our Room was a Double room with Loch view, the bed size was really small.

I dont think there was anything we didnt like.

The room was great, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bed was very comfy and we had a good night sleep from travelling up from South Wales. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice, everything well prepared and fresh. Can't fault our stay there at all.

not much was good value for money and very comfortable

quick check in and lovely staff, had a meal in the restaurant that evening also which was also very nice. our room view looked onto a wall not the courtyard but weather wasn't ideal for sitting outside overall room was very nice although my partner said the bed was a little small he is quite tall but otherwise was very comfortable

Duck Bay Hotel is in an excellent location. The property was immaculate and very welcoming.

The bed was too small and the mattress was springy. The sofa in the room was very poor. The SHARED outside area was extremely disapointing.

The atmosphere and the exceptional view was exceptional. We had the Sunday Roast for dinner which was delicious and we had a lovely relaxing time.

The only thing I can honestly say that we didn’t like was leaving an extra £50 deposit and not getting it back as we left we still haven’t gotten it back yet it can take days to go back into your account. I feel you should get that back at the latest the next day.

We love duck bay hotel and loch lomand but this was the first time we actually stayed over night we had a fabulous time staff where lovely and food was brilliant especially the breakfast and selection! The lady on the door at breakfast was superb such a lovely welcoming morning person !the bed was so comfortable and place was spotless.

Food. The breakfast was really not good. 2 days it was disappointing. On the first day low-quality bacon and sausage, felt microwaved. The second day I paid the extra fee for a 'better' breakfast and it was equally disappointing. The food did not feel fresh, the muffin tasted like it had been defrosted as did the salmon. The food in the restaurant felt like it had been microwave-heated. This felt a shame to me, as the food in years gone by here was very good.

Meat in steak pie was inedible. Chef just sent apologies. Chips were tiny like the end of a bag 😱 bed could be doing with a topper for comfort.

All staff were excellent, very accommodating in all areas. Relaxing atmosphere inside and out.

Lack of view, no water in room, room very very small fir the price-stayed in London city centre for less!!
