The room we had, had no windows and it was a hot day so the room was a bit hot but they do provide a small ac unit which helped just a little bit.

The balcony over the living room is a good touch, the rooms were nice and the staff and cleaners were also really nice.

We were only able to get Radio Channels on the TV, although maybe our fault in not iunderstanding the controller ! ... also the toilet seat in the ensuite was broken and falling off

a nice apartment, very well located to the centre of Liverpool, great bars and restaurants in the area too. The apartment was clean and tidy and well appointed, with an Ensuite shower room, and a further bathroom, a small kitchen and atrium style lving area with sofa bed.

The mattress was slightly uncomfortable as 2 separate mattresses pushed together but not awful. There was also very loud music being played until 5am in another apartment which meant very little sleep.

Apartments were clean and had everything we needed. The location was ideal. Far away enough from hustle and bustle but not too far to walk to wherever we needed to go

blinds in our room didnt cover the whole of the window leaving a gap at the bottom at head height through which people could see in. Noise from the establishment next door and the people going up and down the street was loud. did not want to open the windows in the room due to them literally opening on the street and being right next to a designated smoking section.

apartment was a good size and came with everything we needed for the overnight stay. staff were very polite and friendly on the phone.

The apartment was un bearably hot, and no windows to open for some fresh air. Also would have been handy to have somewhere to drop bags off before hand, however this didn't cause to much of an issue.

Our deposit was taken despite no wrongdoing by any of our guests and the owner/landlord lying about damage to the main door of the property.

The flat is next to strip bar called Rude and music was playing all night with stripper announcements that we heard all night. The noise only stopped at about 4am in the morning!! Neither my son or I slept all night. In addition to the noise and vibration coming from the night club, a hen party was going on next door with loud drunk women shouting all night well into the morning. We had no sleep and requested a refund. Also the water was cold in the morning and I couldn't wash my child. Totally unsuitable for a family stay or anyone travelling for work. You won't be sleeping!

To say they ask for £300 deposit incase you damage the place when its all ready damaged is awful There were 5 of us so we booked a apartment with 2 rooms 1 with double and 1 with double and single bed What we got was 2 bedrooms and both with 1 double bed in each when i messaged and questioned the person they said there is a Sofa bed and guess what no sheets for a bed it was awful i have photos of the damage to the room already there which will be on trip advisor tonight .

Disgusting place. Disgusting service. Avoid. Property owners have a disgusting attitude. I ended up in hospital after the boiler cover fell on me. Property would not refund me and property had no hot water or heating. Avoid like the plague !!!!!!

There was no heating so this meant the apartment was really cold. We reached out for help via calling a number provided & emailing but recieved no assistance. The roof was made of plastic & so you could here everything outside as well as in the building. There was no where to hang clothes in the Master bedroom & the decor was a little dated & cheap. The apartment was good value for money but not when it's warmer outside than inside.

There was no breakfast included in this property but a kitchen which seemed well equipped. It was a spacious apartment & clean.

No negatives about my stay.

The apartment was really well presented, clean and it is located just outside the city centre. Any questions I had regarding my stay were answered very quickly, making my stay stress free. Finally, everything I had planned was approximately 10mins away from the apartment, so if needed I was able to pop back to the quiet space of the apartment and then head back into Mathew Street to enjoy the music and atmosphere. Can't recommend this location enough.
