Excellent location, easy to park on the road as I arrived after 6 and was leaving before 8. I had two separate bookings for the two night stay and they kindly accommodated so that we didn’t have to check out/move rooms. Staff were wonderful. Loved having a fridge and proper glasses!

The television didn't work; I found the room stuffy so I had to sleep with the window open; my sleep was disturbed by noisy people arriving late, noise outside, traffic talking, sirens etc My room was not cleaned on the Saturday. Had I known this, in advance, I would have hung the towels up to dry and not used them to mop up the overflow from the shower ...

No breakfast ! I liked the layout of the basic room ...funky and adequate and spotlessly clean

As I said with previous review - the lack of a shower door meant that the bathroom floor became flooded - not ideal. Also, as it was a different room from previous visit, it was a different layout with the bed was in an alcove and only easily accessible on 1 side plus it seemed to take some of the length away from the bed which wasn't great as we are both over 6 feet tall.

Second time staying at this hotel within a few weeks. Same helpful member of staff checked us in. Similar room - very clean and appreciated the fridge.

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of a shower door as it meant the bathroom floor was flooded following our showers.

Lovely room in great location, 24 hour reception. Liked the added bonus of a fridge - don't always get that. Comfy bed. The night receptionist was very friendly and helpful (hope he finally got rid of his cough !). We were offered a late check out (at an extra cost) which worked out well with our plans. They were also willing to look after our luggage after check-out.

Cleaners opened the door without knocking. If im to stay again please tell your cleaners to knock before coming in otherwise great stay and great reception, will 100% be back

Our 3 rooms had a lovely little outdoor area meaning despite being in separate rooms our group could still be social. Well decorated rooms and bathroom. Comfy beds.

Funky boutique hotel, great beds and shower facilities. Love the decor and the Marshall fridge. Having a patio area was a bonus:)

Nothing really, you get what you pay for.

We didn't try to breakfast so i couldnt comment unfortunately. The location was superb, close to the city centre. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Value for money is excellent.

Tv stopped working and could not be fixed until next day when I mentioned the problem again. Showe had no door so floor mat became very wet.

first room which was a deluxe room had a tiny double bed in, we had to ask for an upgrade as after our first night we did not get a good night sleep as we were virtually on top of each other all night (not in a romantic way). The bathroom smelt of sewage and the room itself was tiny leaving only a small gap between the end of the bed and the wall to walk around to get to the other side. all rooms also had a pretty cool fridge but it was rather annoying when placed very near to your head and was making noises all night. Also heating was controlled by reception and you had to ring or message if you were too hot or cold, we found this rather annoying and on the first night woke up in the early hours to the room feeling like a sauna. Despite these issues reception were quick to move us to a bigger room for free on our second night- this was much better.

The room was small and rather basic. Upon checkout, staff was not available for checkout and a number of guests had to wait for about 20 minutes so we could drop off our luggage.
