There was no air on in the bedroom and due to the windows only being very small the bedroom got very hot overnight.

Hallway access to the accommodation was very hot and stuffy , could do with some ventilation or air con.

Location to city center and other venues very good. Clean and tidy . Perfect at home experience. Very secure location more than enough room for a longer stay. Would stay again. Used carpark at back.Parr road carpark very secure and good value

Air con did not work on our arrival , staff were with us within an hour to explain a central fault had taken out all air con in the building.

Location was perfect for centre of Liverpool, but enough distance not to be noisy.

The property was in a perfect location, everything is close by and easy to reach. The inside of the rooms were very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Giving a very homely and warm feeling.

Everything was great , my partner had a slightly rubbish nights sleep due to the bed, although I slept fine l. Some building work opposite was loud on the morning but other than that I would stay here again definitely

Decor in our room was a little dark - so needed the lights on even in the day - but maybe just a personal preference. Didnt spend too much time in there so only really noticed in the morning and not a big deal compared to all the good points.

Location on Duke Street is fab, very central to everything. Easy check-in process and comms. The rooms had everything we needed and were comfortable and clean. Street parking directly outside the hotel was easy to use via the parking app and easy to top up in the morning. We got a really good price due to it being a weekday stay but would definitely use again, and pay more, if visiting at the weekend.

No dishwasher. No space to drain dishes once washed. No oven gloves or tea towel (burnt hand).Not many utensils to cook with. Not cleaned very well. Party ballons etc left behind. Shower trap full of hair.

No towels provided only two hand towels between 4 of us. No handwash in bathroom either. False fire alarm at 04:50am and they were unable to offer any kind of refund for the distrubance.

Lovely apartment, clean, plenty of room Bed was really soft, maybe a bit too soft for my liking to be honest.
