It’s a great wee pad. Comfy and clean. There’s a garage that the proprietor will let you keep your bikes in. I loved the enthusiastic welcome from Archie. Mike was cool too.

I would have liked to have had either a little fridge in the room/thermos for cold milk - only because my knees were complaining about using the stairs (I overdid the hiking the day before…) Lorraine readily offered to provide fresh milk, once I’d raised this issue with her.

The breakfast was excellent, we had healthy options to start with and a cooked breakfast that was beautifully cooked - the portion sizes were just right and we were offered plenty of toast/tea/coffee refills. The location of Dunmurray lodge was convenient for shopping and access to the railway station, yet slightly removed from the bustle of traffic, offering delightful views of the township and hills beyond. Our hosts Lorraine and Mike went out of their way to help us with any request we made of them - we’d definitely like to revisit this property.

The shower wasn’t very powerful. Velux window above stair case doesn’t have blind so let’s a lot of light in first thing with it being summer time.

Great stay! Lovely clean room (attic apartment) and ideal for our weekend away self catering. Location is perfect and a short walk from the Main Street of Pitlochry. Lots of shops and cafes near by. Great size apartment. Would highly recommend.

The Loft was a wonderful place to stay. It's cosy but also surprisingly spacious and beautifully designed.

Nothing. It was the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. Just perfect.

The breakfast was excellent! My husband is still talking about the porridge with whiskey, cream and honey! All four of us had excellent breakfasts each day.

Lovely old stone building up a hill with views of the surrounding countryside. Good location on a quiet street a short walk into the village and all the amenities, though the hill up to the property may be a problem for some. Friendly, knowledgeable hosts, spacious, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast and ample parking to the rear of the building. Happy to recommend.

A peaceful, cosy, comfortable base to visit Pitlochry and the surrounding area. The hosts Mike and Lorraine, were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choice was very good and beautifully presented.

Dunmurray Lodge is absolutely gorgeous. The room was small but extremely comfortable, well decorated and with every facility. There is also parking. The location is perfect, just up the road from the main street of Pitlochry. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and I got a tip on how to cook porridge! The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. I'd love to go back.
