    Cost per night a little on the expensive side. The upstairs small bathroom was lovely and well appointed with a walk-in shower but the overhead shower bracket was not actually fixed to the wall so wasn't usable unfortunately. The downstairs bathroom was fine as an alternative but note it only has an overhead shower/bath so not great for those with mobility issues. No lampshades gave the place a stark feel but not really an issue. Finding the flat was a little confusing. It is in a terraced row of accommodation that is mixed houses and flats, so while we were in building (door number) 5 our flat was number 4 within building 5. A little tricky to find (with other guests arriving and also confused) but got there in the end!

    The bedrooms were very comfortable, I had a fantastic sleep in the upstairs room! It was very cosy. The kitchen was well stocked and smart-enabled TV. We didn't use the train but the station was probably only a 5 minute walk away (didn't hear any noise) so imagine very convenient for those travelling by rail. Great internet speed and Redhill town and shops were less than 10 mins' walk.

    We like the apartment, clean and convenient for a family of four. Facilities in the apartment are great although you could install more mirror 😊

    Unfortunately, it has been brought to our attention that the recent experience in your accommodation has been far from satisfactory. Our employee arrived at the apartment with high hopes but was met with a living situation that was not only unsatisfactory but also entirely unacceptable. The apartment was found to be dirty, in a state of disarray, and infested with ants. Such conditions are not conducive to providing a comfortable and safe environment for our team member using your services. Moreover, our interpreter reported that they contacted you to address the issues, as any tenant would reasonably expect in such circumstances. However, we were dismayed to hear that despite repeated promises to rectify the situation, there was no follow-through, and your response was not only inadequate but also rude. This level of service and professionalism falls significantly below the standards we expected when booking your apartment. As a result of the condition of the apartment and the lack of appropriate response from your end, we have had no choice but to take immediate action to ensure the well-being of our interpreter. Regrettably, we have now had to source alternative accommodation for our employee, which was not only an inconvenience but also an unexpected expense for our company. We have an ongoing assignment that necessitates accommodation in your area, and we had initially planned to rebook with you for the duration of this assignment. However, due to the unfortunate circumstances surrounding this recent booking, we are now unable to consider your apartments as a viable option. We cannot risk our team members' comfort, safety, and well-being in such circumstances.
