I can’t say I found anything I don’t like.

I love the service the staff provide. They are very attentive, nothing is too much trouble for them and the food is amazing.

Bathroom just needed a deeper clean on grout and re paint window wall . Would have liked a fan as the room was very warm, no window to open but this was more down to the hot weekend we had … I’m sure if I asked they’d have provided.

Great room ! owners really have thought out the box for extra bits you’d forget / need . Food amazing and outdoor garden had a fabulous atmosphere.

A bit of traffic noise from the road at the front, but this finished around 11.30pm.

Excellent service from the staff from start to finish. Food in the Inn was tasty and hot. The room was clean and comfortable.

This is the cutest little hotel. The service was really good and very attentive and they have got great attention to detail in the room from adding playing cards and a free drink voucher to the little breakfast hamper in the morning!

Small car park was full on arrival as was overspill parking opposite so had to park on main road and move car when space became available. Struggled to get TV to work with no instructions in room. We're only there 1 night and out most if that time so wasn't a major problem

A bit of mildew on the bath sealant

Beautiful bedroom - very spacious, clean and comfortable. Welcoming and friendly staff. Evening meal was wonderful - one of the best that we have had for a while 😀😀. The included breakfast was lovely too. Parking plentiful and off road. Very good soundproofing from the pub and a lovely view.

Cosey hotel with everything you needed. Breakfast was outstanding and one of the nest cooked breakfasts I've had in a while. Service was spot on and made nothing was touch trouble. Pub closed at 10pm so no issues with sounds from down stairs also.

WAs a bit disappointed in breakfast - as midweek we just got a basket left outside - wasn't able to request specific things eg type of jam and had no butter for croissants and the small jam pot had already been half used (only had one between 2 of us). Minor really but if offered a simple checklist on check in, would be perfect.

Great room - really spacious and lots of nice touches and decor. Nice sitting area and good size bathroom. Comfy beds.

Large comfortable rooms with large bathrooms nicely decorated. Clean with great views. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Short walk to Ramsbottom with shops, pubs and cafés and steam train! Lovely food and cocktails. Definitely would stay here again.

Wasn't aware that it was a cold breakfast on weekdays until I arrived. This should be clear when booking Plus there was a lot that isn't suitable if you have intolerances
