The rooms are too old and neglected, there is dampness in the walls, bathroom door with holes "as of blows". The front door is very noisy, you can hear everything from the outside in. The mattress is horrible, the springs stick out, they need to be changed, as well as the base, which is made of metal and sounds every time you move. The space in the room is very small. The carpet throughout the hotel is old, be careful with the steps of the main staircase because they are small.

Our room was pretty filthy. The price is good for the location but the actual room and facilities are poor. Wouldn't recommend staying more than a day.

The room had a very bad pungent smell of effluent coming from the bathroom which would not go away complained to staff who offered air spray at first and then offered a different room which was far to small in fact was a single room with a double bed stuffed in it and our room was not that big

The room smelled weird, the radiator, toilet and sink were all dirty, most TV channels didn't work, the bed was not comfortable, there was noise of trains constantly outside the window, the walls had lots of stains and marks, and the door was peeling at the bottom.

The shower had hot water, and there was lots of free tea, coffee provided. The receptionist was friendly.

the room was dirty, the walls full of stains, the carpet was very dirty and there was rubbish under the bed. but the worst thing was the smell. the whole room smelled very much of sewage. finally the metro passed next to our room, but this is acceptable.

Bed extremely uncomfortable and creaked very loudly at every small movement. Could not have a shower as would not change temperature from the hottest, I didn't want to get boiled. I was told there would be an iron, which there was not and the reception didnt have one. Room incredibly hot that made it hard to sleep even though the radiator was off (and I went in January). This meant I had to have the window open but was kept up by the trains as my window was directly next to the tracks.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, lack of pillows and very loud. Stained bed sheets. Shower temperature valve was broken so you couldn’t alter the heat it was like scalding water.

Because I arrived after 11pm I had to check in at a different hotel (collect the keys). Once I arrived at the hotel the person there not only couldn't do the check in for me because the "reception was closed" but came to knock on my door while showering to say that I had to pay at the other hotel. We agreed that I would pay at the check out as there is staff present in the morning to do so. They knocked on my door at 07:30am and woke me to say who was the person I should pay to. The bed was uncomfortable, the walls extremely thin and the kettle was extremely dirty.

The location was alright and the staff, despite the nuisances tried to be kind.
