The place, the views, the environment here are fantastic. Nicola, our host, is so kind, polite, attentive, and approachable. She recommended many interesting places to visit in the surroundings, which greatly helped to enjoy Devon. The room was cosy, comfy, a nice place to rest and relax. Breakfast was deliciously home made and with plenty of choices. Definitely recommend to book here.

Outside of hosts control but given location would recommend arrive before dark .. could be tricky to find. (Make sure to follow their instructions)

Accommodation excellent. The wood burner made it feel extra cosy. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and went the extra mile would recommend.

Nothing we didn't like!

The room was immaculately clean with a very comfy bed and great shower! The view from the room was beautiful. It is such a peaceful place to stay. Both Nicola and Kerry were great hosts, very welcoming, friendly, and full of local knowledge and tips. There is plenty of choice for breakfast the following morning. We had a delicious cooked breakfast in the idyllic garden room watching the birds in the garden and horses in the field. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything was excellent

I always like staying here when am in Devon the rooms are excellent in every way especially the shower with the built in heater. A very comfortable bed with beautiful views across the open countryside with no light pollution no air traffic or vehicles sound just silent a part from the natural sounds and set away from the local village off the main road. It’s like a home from home feeling can’t wait to return next year.

Our room was slightly on the small side with limited clothes storage as we stayed 1 week however the wonderful view made up for this

The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Views from our room were superb, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety on offer.

This is the second time I have stayed here whilst working in the area. Good WiFi, dressing table which works as a desk. Lots of extras in the room. Lovely breakfast, with lots of choice, set me up for the day! Shower strong, bed comfortable, superb view!! Will use again when in the area for business or pleasure.

The country location allowed us to relax away from normal busy routine surroundings. The accommodation, its facilities and comfort suited our requirements. Breakfast served to order and delivered at the time we wished was great. The breakfast was well presented and always delicious.

So peaceful & everything you could need in the garden studio, breakfasts were great & Nicola & Kerry so warm & hospitable, loved meeting the doggos too! We just chilled here all weekend, so didn’t explore the surrounding area. Loved the fire for the unseasonal august storm 😃
