Bathroom was modernised and spotless but it was very cramped because it had a bath in it.

It was lovely, the only thing perhaps were that the bed stuff felt a bit synthetic…probably to protect allergy sufferers.

It is clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast was exceptional and the owner is lovely.

I wish i had known the stairs to room, would have packed differently. Everything was great!

The host and hostess were awesome! Very welcoming. The residence is so cute, well maintained, the outside garden so nice to sit with a tea. Staff so courteous, breakfast delicious. Great location to downtown and local museums, theater next door, parking nearby easy.

Room#2 was quite small for 2 pax but it okay for short stay.

Breakfast was good with Vegan options. George, Kris and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location away from main road but with close proximity to shops and dining restaurants. Room was very clean with mini-bar provided. Wi-fi and heater were working well. Quiet neighborhood and relax environment.

Due to the restriction of the old building, air conditioning was not allowed to be installed and the room can be hot in the afternoon. However, portable cooler was provided in room# 2 but would suggest that they should have one in all rooms especially during hot weather.

The breakfast was good with Vegan options and different choices were offered on each day of stay. George, Kris and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room #7 was very clean and well maintained. I like the relax environment with the garden at the backyard. It was generally quiet after 7pm and allowed you a peaceful rest. Wi-Fi and heaters were working well. The location is good as it is away from the main roads but yet a short walking distance to the shops and dining restaurants.

It's hard to find anything. Managing the carparking was a slight inconvenience, but not that difficult. A car park on site or nearby woud have compromised the ambiance

Our room in this lovely hotel was very thoughtfully arranged and decorated. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location was quiet but close to the centre and some great restaurants. It was easy to find, and only a short walk from a nearby carpark.

This is our second time staying at East Walls Hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The hotel has a lovely garden and patio area behind the hotel. Great breakfast--cooked to order. The hosts are wonderful, so helpful in recommending restaurants, sights to see, arranging for taxis, etc. We will definitely stay again!

The East Walls Hotel is beautiful and pristine, the location is excellent, and the owners are very accommodating. Their attention to detail is notable. Apart from the vegetarian rashers, the breakfast was great, but the rashers were not the chef's fault.

Really lovely boutique hotel, not far from Chichester town centre, located on a quiet residential road. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great breakfast - I had a really comfortable stay. Please note this hotel doesn't have a lift so if you're on the top floor like I was, it's a lot of stairs!

Only niggle was a male couple who did nothing but look for trouble. Whinged and whined about anything without any substance, just wanted to make a scene. Please - if you want to do that stay at home and let the rest of us enjoy our weekend. Well done hosts in keeping cool!

Great location, lovely building, great attention from the owners, nothing was too much trouble and can do attitude. Refreshing change from the usual. Breakfast cooked in front of us and served with a smile.
