Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Heating wasn’t great - timer issue and no advice on that in the instructions about heating timer which we realised on the day of leaving while we were wondering why it wasn’t getting warm. We had cold nights unfortunately. 2. Bin instructions were not clear where to put which kind of rubbish outside 3. Soap and shampoo holders were broken and no dates about change/expiry 4. Shoe rack was not clean

Comfort and spacious. It was easy to communicate with them. The apartment was warm enough.

IndiaBetter articulation / instructions to collect the keys , its the 2nd box from top among the 4 lock boxes ! not middle of 3 boxes ! and the key/lock boxes are on the inside of the boundary wall or opposite to the front door ! no instructions on boiler /heating , had to search for it and figure out, toilet seat needs to be fixed , its new but not working properly .Please provide more toilet tissues at the apartment since finding a store nearby is tough ! Wifi does not work in the bedroom !
Property is in excellent condition , recently painted and renovated has all the amenities you would expect , peaceful location but a bit away from city center definitely not a walk , Lanyon Place - 2 stops and city center 3 bus stops away and ride each time for one person one way is min GBP 1.75- 2 . Not owners fault though but important info to share for fellow travelers !

It was cold, wet and windy for our 3 night stay with the heating being quite erratic time wise, sometimes on in the morning, middle of the day but rarely at night.no instructions how to adjust.
Location to the city and public transport was excellent.

New ZealandNeighbours were party animals two nights in a row. Not the fault of the owner but did make sleep difficult. Slightly located out of town on the eastside. Ok area however daughter went to local shop and witnessed aggressive shoplifter and when leaving saw someone snorting drugs in their front garden! Again out with the control of the owner but worth knowing when considering district.
