Bed was quite uncomfortable and room was very small (to be expected for the price I guess). AC was ineffective so room was quite hot, this seemed to be an issue for friends in other rooms too.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and hotel is very convenient for train station access.

I was confused about the hole in the bathroom door as a handle. There was only one towel to start with.

There was only one towel provided but staff were happy enough to give us a second one (even if it was after 10pm when we returned from a concert).

The TV didn't work. There was a bad smell from the plumbing in both rooms, but particularly the accessible room.

Very pleasant welcome from the staff. The hotel is ideally placed for getting to the station - it's a short walk, and one that my mother managed with relative ease despite needing to use a walking aid.

The room is very small, with no shelf and no desk, but it would be acceptable if you stay in the room only for having a shower and sleeping.

My room didn't have a window & felt a little the more basic without one. Perhaps it mentioned this on my booking but I never noticed. A desk of some description would be useful for business travellers. If space is an issue a drop down version would suffice.

The clean contemporary look is very appealing. Location works well for city centre needs & very handy for New Street Station. There is also a good range of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel.

You can hear the music inside the room from the restaurant next to the building until 11pm. I wish there’s a small table and chair where you can put your bag on or where you can sit to eat.

Every room must have electronic kettle .And you must accept cash payments. Provide more comfort furniture's in the reception area.

The room was quite small for the price. We thought it was quite strange that the bathroom door was so small and the handle was such a huge hole. The floor was a little sticky in some areas.

Elisa on the front desk was lovely and check-in was super easy :) Location is great and within walking distance of pretty much anything you need!

I had to book a double bedroom even if I was a solo traveller. Having a window in the room required me to pay £15 more, which is a bit ridiculous because having natural light in a bedroom is basic need, and nonetheless the window was facing a run-down building

There was no window and I knew that when I booked the room but it turned out to be horrible feeling. For the same price you can get a room with a window and you can actually walk in the room instead of rolling over the bed to get to the other side. There were no side tables, so things were either on the floor or in the bed, which was frustrating. There was barely a door on the bathroom (see-through and a hole for a handle). The corridors were loud and as soon as you walk into the room you can see the shower and you can see into the corridor from the shower. The decor was cold and the lighting was white and it felt like a dentists office.

The location was great and the shower and bathroom were really clean.

the room was pretty basic for the value of money and the room smelt of smoke which was unpleasant. I was highly disappointed because the photos did not look like the room I got.

I liked how close it was to the train station as well as to the city centre, the staff were lovely and friendly.
