Not enough hangers, no draws or cupboards no tea or coffee forcileties in room had to even pay for hot water n coffee in reception 😔

Big pillar in our room. Couldn't get the AC below 19oC so it was too hot to get a decent sleep, also because there's no window. Would have been nice for there to have been a kettle and hot drink making facilities available.

The price and the bathroom plus it's soaps. I couldn't hear anyone else in adjacent rooms.

The power switch for the TV was hidden behind the TV. No chair or table. You can get a chair for £10 and a small coffee table very low cost. It would save using the floor and window ledge for those rooms with windows. Not all rooms have windows and those that do have windows they don't open. Good air-conditioning provides the heat and has a thermostat.

A converted office very close to the central shopping area of MK. It is a no frills hotel. No kettle or cup so take your own. Mostly very clean. The room has a bed and a TV. Own toilet and shower

There was pillar in room nearly walked into it a couple of times 😂 but not major issue

Cheap rate no window option taken was just sleeping there for 1 night really good for money

I booked a double room and I think the room was not a double (it was smaller than the one I’ve stayed in previously at the same hotel). The room could have done with more cleaning and the air con kept turning off, I had to go to reception multiple times. The room was very compact and I had luggage with me so not much room to open big suitcase.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with any requests. And the location of the hotel is amazing.

Unfortunately had an awful nights sleep as other guest were running around noisily, sounding drunk most of the night. When mentioned to the staff on check out, their response was: we were here all night patrolling, it didn't happen.

I'd like a shelf in the room where to put things on. The room is small, and that's fine for a short stay, but there is nowhere to put small things on. I'd prefer a tea kettle in room.

The location is great in the centre of Milton Keynes, 15 min walk to railway station. Staff was very good and helpful, check-in was smooth and easy. Air conditioning became vey useful as there was no window in my room. I am not claustrophobic, but at night I felt I need more air. Coffee machine at the reception was beneficial, and coffee was tasty. Room was small, but clean, and colours were pleasant and modern.

Room was very small which was fine but air con kept going off through the night, so it then got really hot you would have to get up and switch it on. When air con was on it made a loud clicking noise. You need more pillows on the beds
