Where do i start!! This place is absolutely amazing!! Everything about our stay was perfect, Sue and Mike are incredible hosts, their hospitality was outstanding and i can not praise them highly enough for making us feel welcome. The rooms are a very good size and they are CLEAN! Clean to the point that my mrs did not have even one complaint and that in itself is a massive achievement! In the rooms you have tea, coffee and even a cafetière… trust me guys they are well stocked! The breakfast was also amazing both days we stayed, you get a very good selection of foods to start you off on your day. Honestly it was my first ever visit to the lakes and i saw some amazing sites, but a massive part of why i had enjoyed our break was the accommodation… we are already planning our next visit to the lakes and we will not be staying anywhere else to the point of if Eden Green has no vacancies on a planned day, we will not make the trip! Thank you Sue and Mick for an amazing experience 👍🏾

The B&B was very clean. Lots of little extras, in the room. The owners Mick and Sue were very friendly and helpful with activity ideas. They printed a circular walk for us we would never have found ourselves. Breakfast was freshly made and was excellent.

A lovely bed and breakfast hosted by Mick and Sue....i can't thank them enough for their friendliness and hospitality....nothing was too much trouble. I would definately stay again. Also....thanks for the daily supply of cake!...good to have whilst out on walks.

It couldn't have been any better it was excellent

excellent breakfast, I am a vegetarian and there wasn't any problems catering for me. Room was on the ground floor which was a bonus as I have difficulty climbing stairs. The town was only 5min away my husband and I both used mobility scooters and we were in the town within 5min, and we were allowed to charge our batteries overnight at no extra cost. An overall a really delightful weekend break for both my husband and I.

Beautiful room, very clean. The owners are proper dog friendly with lovely little touches like a box of biscuits in room and bowls for the dogs and a dried sausage for breakfast. Our breakfast was quality with exceptional produce Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back.

Wow what a lovely couple Mick & Sue are nothing is to much trouble. My wife and I were staying a few nights celebrating her birthday. I requested for flowers, chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco to be left in the room on arrival. This was not a problem they were amazing thank you. Our stay, on arrival we were shown to our room and offered coffee and homemade cake beautiful cake and real coffee. Mick helped us with booking a meal for the evening. Our bed was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful using the best of produce. Mick and Sue kept us right on walks around Keswick printing out maps for us to use. We recommend the Eden Green Guesthouse. Thank you again we will be back when next in Keswick. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Parking was a bit of a lottery but that is to be expected in the area. Found a spot near to the venue. Only noticed when I saw the puddle of water in the car. Shower was a little snug for myself but I am really nit picking. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Fantastic location and reasonable rate. Very comfy room and friendly staff. Came down for a local event and this had everything I needed. Good breakfast and great chat with the owners. Would definitely stay again.

Location of the house is prefect. A minute or two walk from the town. Mick and Sue are very accomodating. We both loved the breakfast and cakes. First time for me to try marmalade on buttered toast and I'm in love! 😍

It was mine and my partners first time in Keswick, and Mick & Sue made us feel at home in the guest house. The breakfast was very tasty, they also offer packed lunches which massively helped with our various walking adventures, and gave us advice on what route to take for Scafell Pike! Really nice, tidy and clean guest house too in a central location in Keswick. We’d recommend to anyone, and look forward to staying again!
