There were enough minor inconveniences for me not to stay here again. 1. Live spider in hand towel. 2. Broken toilet seat 3. Majorly clogged sink 4. Food and drink in fridge left by prior occupant. Overall it was not worth what we paid.

The location is great. Safe, well lit and within walking distance of major attractions. Room was spacious and I especially liked that there is a code to get it so no need to keep track of a key or keycard.

Signage for the apartment facility outdoors was very small (*for future travellers it is just next door to the right of Fridays). Also it would be helpful to have parking info given before arrival.

Adorable, clean apartment (ground floor) with a garden outside our door, nice bathroom, helpful staff and the room was clean. Great location for walking. Puns and restaurants nearby.

Very steep stairway up to room 12. Mattress was very hard causing a sore back and a very poor night's sleep. Room 12 backs onto a building site that is noisy in the morning, so there no chance of a lie in

At 3am some people who'd obviously just left a club decided to hang around outside near our window and shout, scream and be nuisances. We moved to the other bedroom which wasn't facing the street where we couldn't hear them thankfully. The windows don't keep out any noise, old fashioned wooden frames, I'm assuming this is a conservation thing and aren't allowed to be changed?

Our second stay here, apartment was perfect, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, perfect location just off Princes Street and easy check in. We had a second bedroom which we hadn't booked, don't think we were in the actual apartment we'd booked but this one had a nice lounge and dining area so we were pleased.

Unfortunately the shower had a bad odour, maybe the drains need cleaning. There was a lot of loud music on Monday night, I think from the establishment next door !!

Oh my goodness Room 2 was outstanding with a shared courtyard. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The kitchenette was very user friendly and even coffee was supplied for the French press. On arrival Majic carried our luggage downstairs. And upon entering the amazing apartment there was a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. A very nice touch. And much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property.

As we were in a downstairs apartment the wifi reception was intermittent. There is no lift in the building.

The apartment was very close to public transport and taxis. Bed was comfortable and it was good to havd a kitchenette and access to washing machine and dryer.

People outside the property were noisy till late night

Good, warm reception. Staff was helpful and managed our luggage even when we reached two hours early. Plenty of restaurants nearby
