WiFi didn't work in our room (we were right down the end in room 223) Headboards/footboards made the bed far too short - I'm 172cm and I could feel the end of the bed. My husband at 193cm was very uncomfortable

Smelly toilet

Really nice staff, clean, nice lounge space and guest kitchen. Great location can walk to downtown, shops, tons of restaurants and grocers, on busy bus and tram lines. Only concern is bathroom smelled and there was a weird contraption next to toilet that looked like urinal/drinking water fountain which we stayed away from.

Casual upbeat atmosphere. Very clean. Easy to catch a bus anywhere, since the stop is right outside the door. I liked the front desk staff, who made us feel welcome the first day we got to town. And the elevator was great.

The toilet didn't flush when we arrived. Staff were told about this twice, no one had a look. So the private twin room we booked to save us sharing a bathroom didn't go to plan. Only fortunate thing was that there was a ladies washroom opposite our room which we then had to us for using the toilet

shower had too little dry space for clothes possibly due to malfunctioning shower head as it seemed to kick a lot of water into the area I expected to be dry. power socket by the window was pulling away from the wall and room was very hot. The area by the lockers seemed like a lot of wasted space

Only a little bit of noise from nearby dorm rooms with school trips, is expected in a hostel and wasn’t bad at all.

We had a triple room and it was brilliant, super large and with amazing pressure and temperature on the shower and separate toilet room. We had more than enough space for the two of us with lovely view. Very close to the tram stop too from the Airport.

The electrical plugs were strangely located. I didn't have one near my bed. But this is a minor inconvenience.

The place is very good. The room was big and had it's own private bathroom and toilet. We were given a room with a view to the street and on the third floor. It was nice and warm. The beds were comfortable. The whole room was very clean. In general the accomodations are not luxurious but are more than enough to make your stay absolutely comfortable. The best thing about this place is the location. Only 20 minutes from the old town, 100 meters from a Tram stop that will lead you to the airport or any part of the town. I would definitely recommend this place and will rebook it for my next visit in Edinburgh
