Very informative, helpful host. Easy pick up / drop off of keys. Location spot on for where WE wanted to be and for what we wanted to see and do. Apartment had everything we needed. Plenty of room, modern, good quality towels, bedding, toiletries and furnishings.

Keys have to be collected and returned to different location, about 8 mins walk. But directions were provided. Just felt it might be worth mentioning this within the description on the booking platform.

Picking keys up was a little inconvenient, had to divert taxi coming and going. But was straight forward in the actual collection.

Ensuite smallish, but 2 bathrooms in apartment.

Nice big 2 bed apartment in great area, with good security and great parking arrangements and close to restaurants etc. Host provided very detailed instructions to access the property. Coffee machine and other mod-cons included.

I was a bit nervous I'd get turned around finding the place but the owner was super helpful and sent me videos for every step of the process, it could not have been smoother.

With bars and restaurants on the doorstep it was a little noisy late into the Saturday night that we stayed…..but worth it for the stunning location. A bit pricey.

The second bedroom mattress was extremely hard & uncomfortable. The panelled folding bath screen was impossible to secure to the bath when it was extended & encroached on an already narrow space when showering.

Apartment was spacious & light filled. I loved Steve's thoughtfulness in providing basic toiletries, & especially the laundry washing pods so we could launder our clothes & dry them on the clothes airer. Kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed & we loved the complimentary chocolates too! Location was brilliant, an easy 10 minute walk & we were at Belfast City Hall, lots of choices in restaurants around Saint Anne's Square as well.

Terrific location with great restaurants nearby. Space was very comfortable with lots of natural light. Included parking was a great bonus. The host provided very helpful videos to assist with arrival at the parking garage and apartment.

Lift was out of action for last part of weekend, but this was beyond the control of owners.

Hi Our Edward St Apartment was well located in a beautiful quiet square. it is only a very short walk (literally 5 mins) to cafes, pubs and restaurants in central Belfast. It was a bit of a chore picking up the key as the fuel station didn't have the exact name that was on the pick up instructions. Once we had the key the remaining instructions were very clear and helpful. The apartment was clean, well maintained with quality fittings and classy furnishing, . The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with some extra luxuries. All up an excellent stay and it will be my "go to" on my next visit to Belfast.

Great apartment directly near to the city center. Everything from there is within walking distance. The included car parking was really helpful and made the arrival very comfortable. The host was very helpful sending some check-in videos for instruction as you have to pick-up the keys from a nearby service station. The apartment was clean, cosy and modern equipped. The kitchen had everything needed incl. an extra coffee machine. Coffee pads and tea were available for free. All in all we can really recommend this location.

Amazing location. Within short walking distance from city centre and all major attractions. Came with free parking spot which is difficult to find in Belfast and saved an additional £25 per day as a result. Clean comfortable and well equipped. We had a baby with us on our stay and I enquired about a high chair. Although the apartment didn’t have one the host was able to get one for us for our stay which was great. Baby cot could also be requested.

The location could not have been any better, very central in Belfast, The apartment was very clean and modern. It also has a lift and parking , every you need is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

The flat is very hot and could do with some fans for the guests. The keys are also a little awkward to collect and drop off due to the location of garage you have to collect them from.

The location of this apartment is excellent, it is right in the heart of the centre of Belfast and close to all the major attractions
