Location and size of the apartment were superb. It was spotless when we got there and had a brilliant 3 night shay

Not being able to check in slightly earlier than 3pm and there was no power in the showers at times it was only a trickle of water

It wasn’t very clean inside, especially the bathrooms so I had to do quite a lot of cleaning myself before we could really settle which wasn’t very good. The heating didn’t work well everywhere so we had to report a few of the heaters. The allocated car park space wasn’t very easy to access and the instructions to the actual apartment were a bit confusing and depend which entrance you use. The process of calling customer services was quite draining…

Very spacious and comfortable for everyone. The location is also great.

Access point was via a back street which is partly closed to traffic at the moment due to building works. As a result, the street was a little dirty outside and also quite deserted at night when returning to apartment.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location with private parking. Can walk to city centre easily from there.

The apartment was clean but I feel that the carpets could have been cleaner. I understand when you rent a property out the carpets aren't going to be spotless but there was a lot of hair on the carpets which I feel could have been cleaner. The building the apartment was in was very unclean at the entrance with garbage lying everywhere but that's obviously not the hosts issue. Location wise it's about a 20min walk into the centre of the town which was fine for us.

The Aartment was lovely, it had everything we needed and good facilities.

The rooms faced on to a massive building site, noisy from 7.45am until around 5pm. The apartment was not 100% cleaned prior to our arrival, plates, cups and cutlery still marked with food. Alot of marks on walls, doors, mirrors were dirty, stained rugs and floors were dirty.

The space within the apartment was ideal. Location was ideal, comfy beds and had everything that we needed.

really trivial things (if we had to be critical) such as the blinds in the windows in the living areas as street was a public walk way and many people looked in when blinds were open. (would be better to have shutter blinds so could have daylight in the living area without people looking in. really couldn’t fault the property and felt great staying there.

it was decorated in a modern way, stylish and cosy! the heating was really good and kept the apartment very warm throughout which was great after a long day exploring. huge spaced out apartment with loads of room.

Poor ventillation in the bathroom, lighting in ensuite and bathroom not adequate at mirrors. Heated towel rail not operating in bathroom, needs a coffee table access to apartment inconvenient as nearest access door did not operate properly. Insufficient cleaning materials/products provided. Instructions for radiator controls incorrect and controling was complicated.

could do with a few little touches, salt, pepper, an extra tea towel, a cloth in the kitchen as well as the sponge, cleaning spray for surfaces, needs a lock of paint on places as the finish is a little shoddy and the fob for the door outside doesn’t work so have to walk all the way round the building.

The shower water pressure wasn't great for us all to have a shower.

The apartment was immaculate inside. There was plenty room for everyone and the open plan living and kitchen was perfect for some down time. The apartment was a short walk from the shops and restaurants.

Getting keys from a newsagents 200 yards away, be better with a key code on door, but that's how the building is, not a big deal. Building work next door, but that cant be helped.

Ideal location, excellent apartment, well equipped, nice decor, beds comfortable, even sofa beds.

The key fob was falling apart and wasn't dealt with quick enough so we ended up getting locked out but luckily someone was leaving the building and we got into our apartment with our key. It was early in the morning. Staff have been good to respond and come up with some resolutions and hopefully it won't happen to anyone else.

Beautiful apartment, fairly central, quick responses in general, very comfortable, easy access to fold out couches (best I've seen yet).

We were a group of 10 people at the beginning but we ended up being 12. We've messaged the property and they said there was space for 2 more people. When we've arrived there were only beds and towels for 10. We've called a customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. After insisting they said a manager would call us but we never heard back. They also said they would bring towels but never did. Also there was supposed to be a hairdryer in the apartment but wasn't, the water pressure was really poor, and there were only two toilet rolls which for 12 people a weekend is obviously not enough. Just to remark that the costumer service was really poor with the answer being that there's could nothing they could do and that we could fill in a complaints form.

I could make a long list of things I did not like about this accommodation. Just to mention a few: cleanliness was not great, missing items in the kitchen, some heaters were not working, they sent lots of long useless messages before the stay, they requested a deposit or payment fee for damage (?) before arrival, the address/entrance of the apartment was wrong. But these are details only. The worst was that they left my entire family (8 members and 1 baby) waiting outside the accommodation in the cold because the keys should have been collected in a shop which was 25 min away from the apartment. This was because the shop where we should collect the keys in the first place was closed. It took us over an hour (at night, in the cold) to resolve the situation and get inside the apartment. While calling them, thousands of apologies, but no solution to the problem. Absolute no respect for myself and my family!

Lack of instructions to find the car park and apartment. Lack of security and several encounters with homeless people in the car park and corridor. Crockery not clean and glasses cracked. Needs a deep clean In the bathroom.
