The apartment is superbly placed so close to the centre. I was surprised to realise the view from my bedroom looked straight to the castle. Easily accessed, fully equipped and generously provided with tea, coffee and milk for travellers arriving. Hosts generously offered luggage storage at the end of my stay. Phillipa and Tom answered my emails promptly and I will definitely stay again when I return to this beautiful city.

Central location. Very clean and well- equip. Extremely comfortable - light and airy. Beautiful sunshine! The hosts gave useful information and the contactless check in and communications were excellent. Highly recommended.

Spotlessly clean, kitchen well equipped, cosy and warm, lovely apartment close to all amenities, shower room is a nice size, bed and pillows comfortable, owner on the end of the phone if we had any problems.

The temperature in the living room was colder than in the bedroom. I didn't realize how to put it more uniform.

The apartment corresponds to what is advertised. I really appreciated that there was an expresso machine available and the complimentary coffee provided.

Spacious, nicely furnished, great location. The hosts were very prompt in answering our queries & keen to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Only little issues & that was the outside noise from cars to alarms going off which is little out of the control of the property. Also slight damp patch in the bedroom, but that looks like it is being dealt with to be fair.

The location for the city was right in the heart of it making access to everywhere pretty easy on foot. The views looking out on to the square was great especially with all the festive goings on. The rooms were modern & clean with plenty of facilities. Overall it was a proper thumbs up.

Nothing. The apartment was on the 2nd floor without a lift, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues, but apart from that, it's a perfect spot for anyone wanting to stay in Lancaster.

This is a beautiful, sparkling apartment in the middle of Lancaster. My partner and I stayed here for a couple of weeks, and it was an excellent base: close to the city centre, clean and polished. Tom and Philippa were lovely hosts; answering all of my questions and queries almost immediately. I've no complaints.

An amazing flat in a prime location in Lancaster. Perfect for transport and shops. The flat is very tastefully decorated with nice style touches. It was also spotless. The hosts communication was also great.

A fantastic apartment right in the Centre of Lancaster furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The place was immaculate the bed was super comfy and superb linens. The apartment was spotless and I will book again. If you need somewhere for 2 in the centre of the city this is the place. Parking is very close by although it doesn`t have its own and the apartment is on the second floor so probably no good for anyone with limited mobility. The Stone Well Tap (the pub to use in Lancaster!) is a two minute walk and there is a great choice of restaurants right on your doorstep. High recommended

Location is in a perfect place just few minutes for city center, with plenty of restaurants and pubs around. The view is just in Dalton Square a touristic place, not too noise, with big window, and bedroom in the back far from eventully noise. Close to bus station and mall, it is perfect for short as weel long stay. Everything has been repair and adapted and seems likes a designer had his signature on interior furniture and arrangements. Fridge, Washing machine, Coffee maker and modern kitchen fiitted propper.

The damp in the property. Heating system a bit bizarre. Single panes window made for lots of street noise.

Cosy clean apartment. Good for exploring the city. The hosts were very attentive and dealt with a small issue promptly.
