The bathroom needs upgrading and smelt damp. The road outside is very noisy even late at night.

Location was excellent and the parking space was very good. The apartment was clean and modern except for the bathroom.

We had a lovely stay at Bards Nest, location is fantastic and a very comfortable and quiet place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Once more we are looking to book here, will be our 3rd visit. The property itself is fabulous, clean, comfortable and amenities as expected. The small touches by the host make it more special. Apartment very clean and comfortable for sleeping and eating.Good sized room with comfortable couch and large Tv for chilling after a long day. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and good sized walk in shower. Great location and only a 5 min walk into town or 10 to the station. Lots of good places to eat and to walk along the river. Safe parking space behind flat. Nice and cool in the flat with large windows in bedroom to open and blinds to keep the light out. Room is very quiet at night with no sounds coming from anywhere in the building.

There was nothing that i didnot like about this accommodation.

The flat was quite large, modern and very clean and had all the mod cons provided It was a central location to restaurants, pubs, shops and the tourist attractions. The walk to everything was basically 5 mins We parked the car in the allocated parking spot and walked the entire time. The car didnot come out till we left. The host - Judy - provided very clear instructions and photos on how to access the flat. The instructions made it so easy. She also provided a folder in the flat of local information to assist with the stay.

Traffic noise is quite loud with the windows shut. If you slept in the front room you would be woken up also freezer is quite loud. Could do with more than 4 coat hangers

Nice easy 5 minute walk from town centre. Well maintained. Lovely little touches such as welcome pack, shower gel, shampoo even conditioner. Would highly recommend it.

Great location, 2 minutes walking and you're in the middle of town. We had everything we needed plus a few items we weren't expecting, ie milk and orange juice left in the fridge for us. Extra pleased with all the instructions dotted around the place, made getting to grips with a new place very quick and easy. Very friendly and informative hostess in Judy and all in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended by us. Thank you.

Couldn’t fault anything.

Easy to find, with the bonus of its own free parking space. It was very warm and welcoming upon our arrival (on a very cold day), with nice touches like milk, tea, OJ and mince pies ready for us. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. And, as it claims, it is only a 3 minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place and the town centre. Finally, the owner was excellent with communication and was exceptional at reuniting us with a couple of belongings we left behind (silly us!). Thank you.

I would have liked a bigger bed, although it was comfortable. Otherwise no complaints.

This is a nice comfortable apartment very close to the main attractions of Stratford on Avon, but away from the centre. The property is on a busy road but the bedroom is at the back and we found it quiet, although we were there in the winter with no windows open. The allocated parking is a real bonus for Stratford, and what is more the space was wide enough for our rather large car. This is excellent value for money compared with staying in a hotel and we would certainly consider staying again.
