The sound proofing is not super great -- we could hear everything in the hallways and outside on the street clear as day. This was not ideal when other guests came in yelling at 3am. Would have also appreciated towel hooks, a recycling receptacle, a mini fridge (so much space, it would be super easy to have one), and on-site baggage storage.

Exceptionally beautiful suite in a beautiful building. Gorgeous design, tea cups, and use of colour. So unique. Extremely clean and incredibly comfortable. Loved the online neighbourhood guide as well.

Although we knew there was no reception, and the facility was unmanned, we did expect that the room would be “refreshed” each day, or at least that the tea/coffee/milk would be replenished. When we arrived back to the room on the second night, we had to dash out to get milk and tea for supper/breakfast.

The room was easy to access with the key code. It was warm, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The room had Wi-Fi, the tv had Netflix, the shower was powerful….. All in all, a very good experience.

we had a first experience at Eleven Stafford Street that didn't go so well and Amanda made sure that she was available during our second stay. She made a few gestures that were most appreciated and our rooms (particulary Grosvernor, Palmerston and William) were very confortable.

Nothing in particular although I only realised after booking that the property is unmanned - so no one on site and all comms via an app or SMS. This worked well with Amanda being particularly helpful with changes we needed to make.

The rooms were lovely; clean; good quality bed and in as new condition. The location was perfect for our short trip being very close to Princes Street, the tram stop and, in our case, a 15 min walk to the Rugby stadium.

We couldn't check in earlier than 3pm and it had to be 3pm on the dot as you had to key in a code on the door at 3pm to get in

Everything! This hotel is honestly incredible. Perfect location, super luxurious finish. Our train from London was cancelled due to a storm, and the hotel moved our reservation back a day free of charge so that we didnt miss any of our 2 night stay. So kind. Honestly cant recommend enough

Nothing to complain about - for what it is, it is great value for money, in a great location and comfortable rooms.

An absolutely fantastic location right bang in the city centre near all the main attractions of a beautiful city. The hotel was boutique style and the room was spacious, luxurious, comfortable and had lots of nice features, including great decor. In terms of value for money, it was outstanding. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in the city seeing the sights.

Our original booked room was dirty. The host stated the cleaning crew missed the room, so we had to change rooms from level 3 to zero all over whatsapp. After going back out to the Christmas market our door code was changed without verbal confirmation. We just figured it out trial and error. The host was lovely but still a big inconvenience

The appearance of the building and rooms. The bed was nice as were the shower amenities. Our room was upgraded due to inconvenience but no space for luggage. We had 1 carry on and 2 backpacks. They stayed in the floor.
