- I sent a few messages on booking.com and didn’t receive a response to them. Ended up having to ring to confirm some final details the day before travel. - Took a while for us to get the door code - the host said they’d send it over via text in the afternoon of check in. We were at a festival and had no signal all day but when we left at about 22:30 we still hadn’t received a door code. This meant we had to call and potentially wake the host up super late at night, which I felt terrible about! When we arrived back at the apartment, we had to call again as the door code didn’t work. - The Wi-Fi in the apartment was not strong enough to reach the bedrooms. - We couldn’t get the shower in one bathrooms to heat up, but we had two bathrooms so that wasn’t an issue really! I’m sure that if we’d really need to, we could’ve rang the host and they would’ve helped us with that. - Aside from these very very minor things, the apartment was fabulous and the host was super friendly and helpful when we got in touch with them. I’d 100% stay here again!

- We stayed here after Slam Dunk festival and the property was in a great location for this. It was only a short Uber ride away from the festival grounds and from the town. - Apartment building was easy to find and to drive to. We were able to park our cars in front of the building, but there was plenty of on street parking available too. - Location was very quiet so could sleep with the windows open if it got too warm. Felt safe and secure too. - Apartment was absolutely lovely inside. It was fabulously decorated and well maintained. There was plenty of space and it was a great layout. - The complimentary orange juice, tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. If you want a brew though, make sure you bring some milk with you! - Had to call and bother the host a few times and they were very helpful when we got in touch with them. - Would 100% stay here again!

Apartment is beautiful decorated and the bottles of orange juice and biscuits were a nice touch. Fast replies from the host everything was so easy. Such a good place to stay for work or visiting Leeds.

Mattresses and pillows, I've never had a mattress make so much noise from just getting into bed the pillows where flat, new good mattresses and pillows would make this place 5 star

Probably personal preference but we all felt like the pillows were a bit hard and the blinds could've been more blackout

When needing the door code etc, make sure you WhatsApp the owners using the number provided as phoning doesn't work.

It would have been helpful to have some milk provided with the tea and coffee like you do in hotels, due to our travel problems we didn’t have time to get supplies at the shops. Some small sachets of milk would have been very welcome. The door handle to en-suite in one of rooms was loose.

Location was 10-15min from city centre and 25 min walk from the arena. Apartment was clean and modern decor. Water, orange juice, tea and coffee were provided. Unfortunately our stay was shortened with travel issues so were only there for 1 night instead of 2.

Everything lovely,, super clean and well furnished. Even had coffee machine. Both bathrooms excellent. Beds very comfortable. Parking right outside, couldn't be better.

Nothing to complain about.

There was off street parking. Lovely apartment. Fully equipped and nice touches such as table already laid, biscuits, tea, coffee and water. Its a shame we couldn't arrive earlier to fully enjoy the apartment as we had been delayed on route to Leeds.
