Had to change first room as my husband found that the shower was scalding hot with no adjustment possible, so an elderly person might have been injured . The second room didn’t connect to the internet and tv not working but latter was fixed. No staff available to discuss most of the time. Sorry to sound so negative but was rather disappointed. We had to leave two days early as husband became ill with COVID. I informed staff by telephone as no one available on site. So paid for full week but a number of issues made me glad to leave early

It would have been to be able to eat on sight for an evening meal and breakfast. Also one of the rooms the heating didn’t work at all and the other the shower could be hot or hotter as the cold button was missing.

It was a lovely location and the rooms where spacious enough for our family to stay in.

The bathroom. Shower enclosure needs updating and floor in bathroom not great. It is not same standard as the bedroom.

The bedroom very nicely decorated and a very comfortable bed. Just what was needed for a good night's sleep. Nice carpet. Nicely prepared room. Easy location to get to park n ride for Norwich.

Shower was either scalding or freezing - didn't seem to adjust to a happy medium. The bedding kept falling off. Staff very rarely to be seen. Wi-fi not working in the room; had to walk up to the main building, and I couldn't get in in the morning, nor after around 8.30/9.00 in the evening. Very hard to communicate before arrival; always got a call centre response with very faint voice.

I liked the location in a pleasant village off the main road. The room was clean and tidy, and staff came in each day, apart from Sunday, to replenish coffee and milk and clean towels each day. Price was very reasonable.

The internet didn’t seem to be working after several attempts of typing the password in but it wasn’t a major issue as we didn’t use it often.

Shower system needs attention, thin walls which made it very noisy, room was very basic and not as in the photos advertised. No offer for breakfast or dinner. I don’t think I would stay there again.

The room was quite cold with no heating that we could switch on, and the shower drain was blocked, so with a long shower, the water ended up flooding the bathroom. And there was nobody to tell when we checked out!

No air con as advertised so room was hot. Worried about opening windows as on ground floor. No coffee machine as advertised. No facilities for breakfast. Bathroom floor uneven. The price kept going up- definitely overcharged

There was no remote control in the room for the television! Also, the check in time of 4pm was a little disappointing given our long drive from London. It was also disappointing that breakfast on the Sunday was from 8am - 9am only and check out time was 10am.

The breakfast was good, traditional English which was fine. However, at £15 per person, we felt we should have had a wider option. A continental option would have been good.

The bathroom radiator leaked, the toilet seat was falling off, the sink plug didn't work properly, the was rubbish left from a previous occupant protruding from under the bed, there was a dirty spoon stuck to one of the saucers. The internet didn't work - message saying the provided password was incorrect and I tried on both my phone and laptop.

The gloss painted areas (shelf and window sill) needed repainting. The wire shelf in the shower was rusty. There was no breakfast available. There was no one on reception until 4pm. The shower had a rain head which it was very difficult to avoid while trying to shampoo my hair. The walls are not insulated against sound at all so I could hear everything my neigbours were saying. I put my headphones on to listen to YouTube so I didn't disturb them. The info folder needs to be reprinted in a better colour so that it can be read easily.

It was a good size room with a small but adequate bathroom. The shower was not the biggest but had plenty of room in it. The shower was reasonably powerful. There were plenty of electric sockets. Despite there being a wedding on one of the nights I was there I was not disturbed by any noise from the party. Though close to the airport I was not disturbed by the planes. There is a post office and village shops fairly nearby. There is a pub nearby where you can have breakfast.

This wouldn't apply to everyone but for my work purposes the window for checking in and out was a little tight.

Lovely room. spacious and comfortable and convenient for where we wanted to be. Helpful when we arrived earlier than expected and accommodated us in this way.

Our first night was very disruptive due to other guests fighting till the early hours of the morning (this obvs wasnt the staffs thought). However, when we called the manager for help (the emergency number provided in the room), as we were the room stuck inbetween, we got told they weren't on duty and should call another number- a number which we did not have/have access too unless we wanted to walk through the fight. The next day we rang reception and spoke to the same person. We rang to ask to change rooms given the situation as, to be honest the fight was rather scary and our dog was rather distressed- on first call at 8am they explained they wont deal with it till 10am so we had to wait till then to speak to them. We explained we are heading out and would like the matter sorted- It felt like they were reluctant to do this as they reported they were fully booked with more guest arriving that day- however they eventually agreed and changed us into a new room that evening. We were made to feel like we were being difficult. Our first room needed new flooring in the bathroom- felt like you was walking on gravel however the rest of the room was lovely. We also had a snail inside our toilet roll- however the evening staff who were lovely and were happy to change this for us. No outdoor bins on the premises, or in the surrounding streets therefore our dog poo bags we had to take with us to find one on our days out. No towels were provided in our second room- we didnt want to ask for any as already felt we had annoyed them so used our own.

Nice size rooms, great location The food served for dinner was very tasty and the dinner staff were very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and shower was very powerful. Beds were comfy. Great free parking available on site. Dog friendly place to stay.
