The complete lack of any condiments, no baking sheet to use in the oven and no aluminium foil. A few basics such as salt, pepper and a small bottle of oil would have been very useful. We were also disappointed at the complete lack of the availability of being able to recycle.

The location was superb we walked miles! so central. A very comfortable flat for the 3 of us, university friends for over 50 years. A bright cheery flat.

Better - to have had a spare teatowel! cos we ate in a lot - and there was a fair bit of washing up to do. Also the steps down to the basement apartment - 1. the automatic light needs to stay on longer. If you have to put on glasses then key in the code and make an error and enter it again - the light has gone off well before then. 2. Steps to basement werent easy for our elderly mother and there were a lot of them. But I do appreciate that we had changed our reservation from the ground floor cos our group size increased Steps at the front of the house steep (each was a big step up/rise)too - and to access any of the apartments these have to be climbed. Fine for us young uns and the physically able - but elderly mother struggled with the steps. overall You probably need to look at how to make the place really accessible for disabled people Also - such a shame that there was some litter outside the kitchen door and up steps to the outside bin when the inside of the apartment was so lovely.

Location - perfect. Great and easy walks into Liverpool Centre and to attractions in area. very clean and comfortable apartment. Previsit communication with the staff was truly excellent and prompt (thank you for the advice to park in Mount Pleasant for £5 a day)

Just a few little things like a tea towel to dry dishes and a few extra things in the kitchen to make it easier to cook and clean up afterwards. Also a second toilet would be good as one between 6 people was crowded!

The bed in the master bedroom was quite uncomfortable.. it was very soft. When you lie down it would sag and you could feel the springs on your back. It needs to be changed… the mattress…. Seems over used … maybe you could get a firm new mattress for future clients…just suggesting..

The toilet door got stuck if locked, the bathroom sink didn't drain easily and the TV remote didnt work very well but in grand scheme of things and the reasonable cost of the property for a family of 5 it really wasn't a major problem and we really enjoyed the stay.

The decor was tastefully done, beds were comfy and felt like a home from home. Quite convenient location to a lot of things without being too central and noisy.

Was a great stay. With us being a family, a chopping board, more trays for oven and a dust pan and brush would have been handy. However, youngsters there for the nightlife wouldn't necessarily need that.

The property was clean and tidy, facilities where great. It felt like home from home, hair dryers, iron board and iron all in property, fully equipped kitchen( oven cooker toast and kettle). The staff where super. Location was excellent close to restaurant bars and the city centre no need for taxis.

The only problem for my sister and I was with the bedrooms were at the front the road traffic was constant all night so we didn't get a quality of sleep 😪

Excellent location. Good value. Host was very responsive. Cosy feel. Disco ball was fun. Beds were comfortable. Diffuser in entrance hall a lovely touch. Building was interesting prompting us to read up on the history of Rodney St. Liked the old converted church building next door. Perfect choice if you want flexibility of some home comforts and more than just a bed for the night. Would definitely return.

Spacious and really modern. Great space for 2 little ones. Despite been on Rodney Street which can be busy the noise was limited and we always had a great nights sleep. Very clean and check in/out was super easy.

Nothing to do with the location but as we were on the ground floor, there was alot of noise from other residents late at night inside & outside of the apartments. We weren't staying over a weekend so not sure if the noise would be worse then. Shame it had no parking but the multi storey near by was handy & wasn't too expensive.

Location to what we had planned was excellent. So close to the city centre. Easy to find. The apartment was clean & laid out nicely. Beds were comfortable
