Brilliant location, the facilities were amazing, hosts were so lovely & helpful, lots of attention to detail & we really had such an amazing night. The tent was super cosy & warm. Highly recommend & already have recommended & we will be coming back to stay for longer!!

The glamping tent at mountain view had everything we could have possibly needed for a cosy and romantic getaway! John and his wife were the most hospitable hosts we've ever experienced. They went completely above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We let them know in advance about our dietary requirements and they supplied lots of lovely goodies we could eat, which was such an unexpected, kind touch. All the little details on the camp site gave it a very homely touch, and the views were incredible! There's lots of privacy, and the off-grid utilities are easy to use. We will 100% be back, as this was our favourite camping experience ever!

I wish it were my place hahaha sooo nice

The dream we wanted/needed. - Warm welcome from hosts, and then very caring for our privacy. - two nights of great log pitfires in starry nights without clouds. The chairs are luxurious and ideal for that. She used some blanket as there were loads provided. There are also two water pouches to warm bed or body. - kitchen well equipped, including some foods in case (but we were well equipped) - there is a great trek path to a beautiful lake and elephant mountain that is very privy/intimate/perfect. - there were strikes and the hosts offered to drive us to the bigger mountain, also asked us if we wanted them to get us food from the supermarket when they would be going there. - the tent is dream size. - nice view from the shower too (it now has doors haha) - it is really private feel with noone around for a great distance which was ideal for city break. It's a 360-degree green view. Looking forward to visit again when it is sunny (probably June 2024)

No faults at all, stay was great.

We had the most fantastic stay, exactly what we needed. Hosts were so accommodating and really did provide everything we needed. Extremely well facilitated, and even given free range eggs for breakfast! Shower, toilet, kitchen stove, BBQ and fire pit all provided with the stay. During our stay we were not blessed with the weather, but the comfort of the tent, the shelter provided outside alongside the fire pit kept us going all night. Location wise is great, just a short drive to some of North Wales tourist attractions such as Caernarfon. Have already recommended to friends and family, and would definitely recommend to anyone viewing and considering booking.

The small details added to make it feel homely were amazing! Loved the fairy lights, the extra blankets, the fire pit and the two fresh eggs were a lovely touch! 10/10 weekend stay! Already thinking about the next time we can visit 😁

Can’t think of anything in particular. Perhaps would be slightly easier to find if location was put on google maps but the gate is still easily recognisable and not hard to find!

Incredible host, who gave us a complete tour and recommendations for the surrounding area. It was completely secluded and private area that was bigger than expected with an incredible view. Can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent few days stay here, John and Teresa went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The facilities are spot on and the location is perfect for going into Snowdon and only located 7 miles from the beach. The surrounding areas and mountains set the perfect backdrop scenery around the tent. Will be back in the future!

Absolutely nothing...slight incline to reach the camping area but that the only thing I can think of..

What a find, John and Theresa welcomed us, showed us the facilities and their location and number incase of difficulties and leave you to it to find tranquillity and relaxation, but wow,what a place this is for upgraded camping. Morrisons is 5min ride away for provisions. I cannot fault the stay, the view ,the facilities nothing...gladly and will return....brilliant, great value.

Stayed 1 night with my 6 yr old. Very child friendly. Absolutely lovely couple, very warm and inviting. Everything thought of, beautiful location and a lovely nights sleep. The outdoor shower was a lovely addition, cant recommended it enough. Me and my son cant wait to stay again.

Comfy well equipped beautiful tent with everything you need for cooking, private loo and hot shower next to the tent. Fantastic rural and mountain views (even from the bed- a real treat!), sea and sunset in the distance, and super comfy chairs for relaxing outdoors. Very helpful owners. Need to bring your own power banks as no electricity. It could get chilly even in August so helpfully there were plenty of spare blankets. Thank you for a really lovely stay!

The rain and wind in the mild of the night

The views were amazing and we loved getting cosy in front oh the fire pit. The bed was nice firm and comfortable and even better than some hotels we’ve stayed in. great location for exploring Snowdonia.

What a little gem of a find! Completely private with you being at the top of a hill with all facilities needed for a camping trip. You've got a toilet and lovely hot shower about 10 metres away from the tent. Super spacious inside the tent with everything you need. Blankets, towels, lots of things to sit on. There's a kitchen area next to the shower area with a working gas hob and all the utensils, pots and pans needed. If you want to get a camp in but have no equipment then this is the place! They even provided all the wood and firelighters for a camp fire under the stars. Will definitely be back to stay!

I can't think of anything!

I really loved the quiet location and the tent itself was so clean, cosy and full of character. Everything you would need was there including an outdoor shower! Loved the BBQ and firepit as the sun went down.

Very little, only qualm would be that the shower curtain could be a bit of nuisance on a windy day. Maybe if it were weighted or replaced with a screen or cubicle door? But that would be nit picking.

John and Teresa were wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts, giving you everything you need to help you to feel apart of nature whilst surrounded by stunning scenery. The tent is great and super spacious, the kitchen space is awesome as well as the option for a bbq. There’s a good size fire pit with wood to enjoy evenings under the stars and the shower and toilet facilities area are excellent too.

Nothing. Everything was great.

This was a fantastic find. The tent itself is beautiful. Very tastefully decorated. It was clean and tidy. The toilet facilities were good and we both loved the outdoor shower. Outside of the tent there is a kitchenette with absolutely everything you need. There are chairs, a fire pit and lovely big cushions to lounge on. John and Theresa have thought of everything. Even fresh free range eggs!!! They are brilliant hosts. Explained everything we needed to know. Very friendly. Felt at home with them. Definitely use again.

Having to go home

How welcoming John was, the free range eggs from the chickens, how powerful and hot the outdoor shower was with an incredible view, the size of the space we had to ourselves, the enormous tent. Everything needed for camping was provided, firewood, chairs, stoves, pans, plates cutlery, eco toilet and a comfy bed with indoor seating area incase it rains. John even let me cool some beer in the chest freezer in the barn.
