The room was a bit dated ,far too warm but overall a good stay John I think his name was very helpful and pleasant as were the breakfast staff

Room was a bit "tired". Broken handles off drawers, although room appeared clean we found a packet of sweets when we moved a chair. There was a small blood stain on the easy chair.

The carpet in the room was very grubby. There was no bath mat by the shower and the floor became a bit slippy after your shower. Not the hotels fault but unfortunately I didnt realise that toiletries and towels were not provided. The mattress on the single bed was in total about 4/5" narrower than the bed base, which made the bed narrow. It wasn't a very comfortable mattress either, I could feel where the springs were.

The breakfast was lovely, there was plenty of it all and it was topped up regularly. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Meant to be a double bed but two single beds pushed together.

Lift being out of order caused concern particularly as we tried to contact the property before our stay to establish our requirements. Room facilities basic but ok. Bed very uncomfortable and quilt inadequate for the deluxe room we booked.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good. Overall not bad value for money as the position of the hotel was superb very near to the promenade.

The room was very basic. But fine for the night. When booking it said carparking. Which there wasn't, just street parking what is very tight. No good if you have a bigger car. The lift was also out of order and looked like it had been for a while. No good if your not good with stairs.

The breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. There was a buffet hot breakfast,with cereal and toast.

The parking is on a "If there is a space you are lucky", if not then you have to look around the adjecent Streets.

The breakfast service was very good. The food was good but I was impressed with the waitress services, very friendly and helpful.

Twin room - 2.5 foot bed base with 3 ft mattress 🤷‍♂️and no headboard. No shower curtain over bath despite asking twice

The location on the front was great but obviously parking a bit of a nightmare unless very early in the morning. Breakfast was serve yourself and all you can eat - good quality- fabulous. staff friendly

Didnt have a sea view, I know every one can’t have a sea view, but we found the room very dark and the light had five bulbs and only two worked, also we found the room and furniture very old and tired it could do with a make over, but we would stay here again.

In the en-suite the towel rail which was self standing was covered in rust and stained the floor which didn’t look very good. When you emptied the wash basin the water came up through the shower drain.

Location of the property was good, just over the road from the beach. And easy walk of all local amenities
