while it was nice, it felt like we were intruding in someone's home , could easily hear owners and children in the next room ,fan in bathroom didn't work ,floor in bathroom ended up slipy when wet from steam ,bathroom sink is so small u can not fill the kettle useing the tap

very comfortable bed nice warm bedding, owner put the heating on when it went cool . there was plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar milk was replaced every morning .every quiet housing estate, no noise, no street light in the room at night, so it's easy to get a good night's sleep

Extractor fan in the shower did not work so condensation from the shower made the tiles on the floor wet.

Lovely Clean Room in a quiet location. Bed was very warm and comfortable. Appreciated having the heating turned on as the weather was miserable and cold. The shower was nice and hot.

Perfect for anyone seeking a quiet location on the edge of town but close to facilities. Parking on the driveway was an unexpected bonus. Easy access to eating and drinking outlets just a few minutes walk away in the centre of town.

Bed was very hard but the pillows ? ....need at least two each! as there is no where to sit but on the bed , and the pillows dont have any support to make it comfortable . Lots of drawer space but I think 6 sets is too much , get rid of a couple and put two chairs in .

Close too the area we wanted to explore , the host was there to greet us , she said if we needed anything to just ask , but we never saw her again, suppose we could of knocked on the door but we wouldn't of wanted to disturb her or the dogs , good job we were self sufficient .

We arrived after 3 as arranged but were kept waiting, without explanation, for a good ten minutes.

Breakfast wasn’t included. We liked both the room and the en-suite bathroom, although the wash-basin was very small. We expected “Maes Gerddi” to refer to just one street. Instead it’s a whole estate, navigating which was quite complicated. The streets don’t have individual names, nor is there a warning you are entering a cul-de-sac.

The owner was nice but awkward and I felt like she thought we couldn't speak English and didn't know how to interact with us. There was no shower gels or anything but we had our own which was good. You could hear a dog barking and smell of cigarette, also didn't realise the couple live there and the TV volume was really loud not sure if it was a guest or the owners.

It was in a quiet area and the room was ok for 1 night stay. Complimentary tea and coffee was nice.

As the rented room is part of a regular household the owner had to switch on central heating. So we had to contact them if the room was too cold. Not a big deal, but I would have preferred it if we could regulate the temperature ourselves.

The room was comfortable and very clean, the furniture looked rather new. Lots of instant coffee, sugar and tea was provided. It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. To the town center it's about 10 min on foot.

Nothing really. The place was a bit tricky to find as my satnav took me to a different place, so a little guide on which turns to take in the estate would have been helpful.

The room and bathroom were both extremely clean, and the bedroom was comfortable. The lady who greeted me was really friendly and made me feel welcome.
