The flet is next to the road in the street, so if you are a light sleeper and you have bad luck with the noise at night from the streer it could be a problem.The windows need to be repleced. Wi fi isn't very fast.

The central heating system is a little unorthodox. Apparently it is controlled by a property management company and the person we were in contact with or the guests can not make any changes. When we were there it ran 24 hours a day at full pelt so the house was a toasty 30 degrees celsius all the time. The only option suggested to us for cooling down was to open the doors and windows. However that wasn't an ideal solution on a ground floor street side flat in the middle of a large city especially at night. To be honest I can't imagine that our rental fee could have even covered the cost of the fuel for our stay. There were no thermostats or flow valves on any of the radiators (except the one in the bathroom which seemed to be off). The cost of a plumber and a few valves would be repaid in a weeks heating bills.

The flat is centrally located next to Euston Station. It is on a pedestrianised street which is exceptionally quiet. It is like being in the countryside at night. The flat is clean and well laid out with everything you would need. The kitchen is compact but very well designed. The bathroom is also well laid out. The single bedroom is spacious and even has a large sofa in it. The main bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the balcony. With a hint of Heath Robinson design, the dining table and chairs are in this bedroom; or perhaps the main bed is in the dining room, depending on how you look at it. Not a problem for a family group like us who all rising at the same time. The view from this room and the balcony are splendid, overlooking a private green area boasting mature English Plane trees and inhabited by squirrels.

The kitchen utensils and pots were not very clean so we had to wash it before using it. Otherwise the place was clean and tidy.

Great location near 3 major tube stations. Easy access to the apartment and good communication with the host for extra bedding request. Enough space for a large family of 5. Great value, only one washroom which can be tricky for a large family like ours but the location and value are worth it.

The property is run down, due to the height lots of cobwebs and mould. No ventilation in the bathroom and no way to boost the hot water. The sofa bed was squeezed into the bedroom and not enough room for the amount of people staying. One small TV with no freeview, only able to access two channels.

Location was exactly what was needed. Good communication and way to collect key, which we also used to secure to save taking out with us.

Nothing particularly. I had difficulty to find the padlock and a mark in the picture where the padlock was attached it would have helped me. Anyway, they arrived right away to show me where the padlock was, so nothing to say, excellent service.

Apartment was advertised as 2 bedroom, but double bed in '2nd bedroom' was in the living room with the dining table. There is no fan in the bathroom.

A nice, comfortable apartment close to Euston Station. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. Good sized kitchen for cooking at home. Good communication with owner.

Very, very warm and no extractor fan (or window in kitchen or bathroom that we could reach). I personally had a problem with being so close to the street and people being able to look in. Also, my son was disturbed by loud noises from drinkers returning home not owners fault. No double glazing so only if you're a good sleeper. Quiet overall for London. Shower kept falling down when using. No plug in sink.

Good location near the stations Euston and St Pancras. Very clean. Good comms. Lots of nice places to eat nearby. Comfortable bed. Fine as a base.

Location is fantastic - great access to transport, good choice of places to eat and excellent water pressure & temperature in the shower (we have had a few bad experiences). We could watch the FA Cup semi on the TV which was a real bonus. The hosts, Ken and Andrew, were easy to contact and were very helpful.

Dreadful place! Front door wasn't secure, looked like it had been kicked in previously. Scruffy and small. Mould around the bathroom floor. No curtains in one bedroom and inadequate curtain poles in the living room (which was the other bedroom) which meant curtains didn't close properly. We were so disgusted with the standard of the place we left and booked somewhere else to stay for the night!

The communication in advance was good but that's the only positive comment.
