    Nothing not to like

Quiet peaceful location, easy access to areas around the Broads, spotlessly clean everything you could think of in the kitchen. Friendly polite owner & staff, nothing too much trouble, keen to ensure we had everything we needed.

    Nothing!

This house exceeded all my expectations! The space is gorgeous perfect for a couples trip away. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed, it was my partners birthday and they had even put banners up for the occasion. The location is perfect, 25 minutes from the town centre and 17 minutes from the beach! We loved our stay so much and will definetly be back.

One of the pillows had a small blood stain but I didn’t need it so it didn’t affect my stay.

The kitchen has High spec furniture and appliances with all the equipment provided and easy to operate. The contemporary style and open plan living space was great.

Bath taps need cleaning on the underside as they are very lime-scaled, and a couple silly things need replacing rusty kettle and washing up liquid dispenser

Very well equipped with a great facilities, a lot of thought has gone into the decor and layout overall.

    Nothing really.

This is the 2nd time I've used the Little House, Its so nicely set away from the road in a quiet village location, and the lounge/diner/kitchen is great to relax, prepare food.

Love this property! Everything was spotless and very comfortable and modern. It felt very homely with nice soft furnishings, great WiFi and board games available. I liked the open plan layout of the kitchen/dining area/living room and all of the rooms were very spacious. It’s in a very peaceful location and is set back off the street for extra privacy. And it is definitely in a great location to explore the Broads as the title states. There’s a Coop just a 2 min drive away and a couple of great takeaways in Acle village too. I didn’t meet the host but her communication was great. I’d highly recommend this property! Thanks Nee

It's not a dislike, but the bedroom is down a couple of steps and the bathroom is up a couple of steps on the opposite side of the large front room. My wife is slightly disabled, and it wasn't an issue, but it might have caused problems for someone with greater mobility issues.

There is a lot more space in the main room than in other cottages in which we have stayed. Facilities are good. Parking is easy. Very good internet - which can't be said of some other cottages in which we have stayed in Norfolk. Two very large televisions. Nee was very welcoming and very willing to solve any problems - although there weren't any.

There wasn't anything we didn't like ,it has everything you could possibly need to make your stay very comfortable.

The little house was everything we hoped it to be, the owners Brian and Née we're very friendly and helpful. It's a perfect location for the Broads and the nearby seaside resorts. If we visit the area again we would definitely stay at the Little House.

There really wasn't anything at all. Such good value for money compared to a single restrictive hotel room.

The setting in its rural location was great for a getaway if you need peace, and time to breathe. The host Née gave excellent communication from the start of booking, unil leaving. The accommodation has a really spacious lounge/kitchen diner and had everything I needed to prep food. The bedroom was so spacious and bathroom lovely too. Beautiful surrounding areas too.

I found the layout a bit dis-jointed with the bathroom far away from the bedroom and up and down steps.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If pushed, the position of the lock box was awkward, and the numbers were difficult to read in torchlight.

Settee not terribly comfortable after sitting for more than hour or so. Despite the thick cushions think it had a solid base underneath, maybe a bed settee, but not comfy to sit for any more than couple hours. Would have preferred not to have heard at 8am the opening of adjoining garage/workshop doors on 3 of the mornings of our stay, an early wake up call we didn’t need.

Location was perfect, just as the title says, perfect for exploring the broads. Train station where you can get trains to Norwich and Great Yarmouth is just 5 minutes walk. Easy access to main roads too and bus routes too. Owner came and said hello soon after we arrived, other than that we were left to enjoy our holiday. We did need to ask for some ant control as there were lots coming in under skirting board. Owner did bring an ant bait trap pretty quick which did the trick, we didn’t see any after that. Local pub, The Kings Head 10 minutes walk away, think it has recently had refurbished. Another pub bit further 20 mins, Hermitage, but the third one, Acle Bridge Inn not really accessible on foot. There is a public footpath but you would have to wear suitable footwear/trousers as it was muddy and overgrown. Kitchen suitably stocked for cooking own food, but we ate out or had takeaways mainly.
