Nothing , would only say that usually when we arrive somewhere there is a bottle of milk ect and a few bits but not a problem as the Morrison local was around the corner

Perfect location in Oswestry - walking distance of restaurants. An excellent base for a cycling trip with friends, plenty of additional parking adjacent in long term car park if you have more than one car.

The light bulb in the bathroom was flickering (a simple change would fix it!) A couple areas were locked??

I liked all of the amenities included within the property and the location was perfect. Host was great with communication and it was overall just a lovely stay.

Only parking for one car however there is a long stay car park 1 min walk which is very cheap 46p an hour or £3:20 for 24 hrs

Nice clean and comfortable town house close to the park for the balloon festival and local to the main town. Owner kept in touch on the stay. Very well presented house with all the modern facilities. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a great stay in a great town.

However this isn’t what I didn’t like but to improve the quality of the services, I would suggest Bath Mat (rubber grip)in the bath tub as children and elderly could meet accidents by slipping . Also the pillows were too bulky not soft and comfy.

We liked the location and space , cleanliness of the property. We found it’s very inviting home away from home and all services and equipment we needed for the short stay was there. Host was very fast responsive and willing to help with questions we asked.

No rinse or tablets for the dishwasher and no washing up liquid. Luckily the dish washer was pretty good and cleaned everything up nicely.

Location is perfect 5 min walk to two super markets and other shops and easy access to the main road. Nice wide drive way and the house is plenty big enough for a family of 4/5. Kitchen had ranger cooker and an assortment of pots/pans plates and cultery. Much to the childrens amazement a tv in every room except kitchen and bathroom.

Automatic lights going off when you're on the toilet (funny more than anything else). Radiator in bunk bed room wasn't working. Coffee/tea/bread canisters in the kitchen were all dirty - especially the coffee one, so we need to wash those up when we got there, which wasn't ideal.

House was bigger and looked much better in real life (as opposed to photos). Everything we could need was there. Very hard to find any fault - the automatic lighting was a bit weird and went off at strange times & the radiator wasn't working in the room with the bunk beds, but we had enough bedding, etc, so it wasn't an issue. Overall, it was a lovely little house. Aled was available and answered our texts instantly, so even though we arrived in the cold and dark, he gave us the key code and he'd been and put the heating on so it was toasty and warm when we got there. I have family in Oswestry so would definitely stay there again and the location was ideal with a 2 minute walk into town. Really enjoyable stay and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!

Had an issue with the cleanliness with one the bedding but this was rectified by the owners.

The reviews say this is a clean property and the description states the property is cleaned by a professional cleaning service. Well I think the owners should demand their money back as it was anything but clean. From crumbs and crisps on the sofa, dusty cobwebs in corners of EVERY room, bits on the carpets that required us to hoover ourselves, dusty window sills, dirty stains on the bathroom wall, cups still with drink in still from the previous occupiers in the bedroom and to top it all off other people's toenail clippings left on the bedroom floor. I felt I had to clean every room before use. Extremely disappointed.

The location was very good and the house was spacious. Good kitchen and lots of utensils to cook with.

we could not lock the front door from inside the property so we had to use the door chain over night and the pop up waste in the bathroom kept sticking
