Unfortunately just the one thing in that we did not have a shower in our room it was a lovely roll top bath with hand shower.

We have stayed here on two occasions previously, beautiful B&B a credit to the owners and Sam was a great host. Staff at breakfast were very courteous and friendly and breakfast on both days was delicious.

From the minute we arrived we felt so welcomed. Room was so clean and fresh. As this was our anniversary I had phoned before arriving with additional requirements that included champagne with strawberries and also flower petals. The staff had made sure this was done upon arrival. Bed was so comfy and the shower was great. Breakfast is amazing and staff so friendly. Thanks so much Paul and Joanne.

Stunning period property. Staff very friendly. Rooms spotless and very comfortable but wasn’t sure of the glass door to the bathroom but privacy wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was exceptional. Approx 7 minutes walk into town but no traffic noise

Beautiful building with lots of charm and character. Bedroom was beautifully decorated, complete with a very deep freestanding bath! Bed was very comfortable and in a nice quiet location, however only a short walk to the town. Grace was an exceptional host, nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcomed. The breakfast was to die for and made fresh to order every morning. We would love to return, thank you for a perfect break!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The room was absolutely beautiful with great views of the sea, my girlfriend was thrilled with the copper bath. the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable and we both had the best nights sleep. Eveything was in walking distance to where we were stopping and the staff were so lovely and helpful. They even put up a birthday banner and left us a card and bottle of prosecco which was a very lovely gesture. In the evening the goats would roam the streets and help themselves to peoples gardens which we enjoyed watching.

Everything was perfect

Our stay was perfect, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t want to leave. It really was an exceptional property. We will definitely return and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Llandudno.

We were offered a choice of rooms and one look at the loft room and we knew that was the room for us. Split level room which is brand new and was superb.
