From the start the communication with the hosts was great. A couple of days before we let them know when we would get to Edinburgh, they were able to arrange to meet us at the apartment to hand over the keys and give us a guided tour. It's a lovely Georgian apartment in the New Town. Great location, less than 20mins on foot from Waverley station. Plenty of great pubs, bars and restaurants nearby.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. It was amazing. One small recommendation would be to have a non slip bath mat available as it’s a wee bit slippy in there.

It’s simply gorgeous. Lots of space, high ceilings, beautifully decorated with lots of class and a splash of fun. Well situated close to the castle and some lovely shops. Excellent check in process and great communication throughout - very thoughtful too, leaving us some yummy snacks and a bottle of bubs.

Be aware that the shower over bath requires you to be very steady on your feet. The bath is lovely though!

Overall, I must say it was a fantastic stay. First and foremost, the apartment itself was absolutely stunning. In fact, I would go as far as to say it was the most beautiful flat I've ever seen. It truly exceeded my expectations and created a wonderful atmosphere for our stay. The host was kind and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a basket filled with sweets and champagne waiting for us. The location was also great. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again in the future. Highly recommend!

I've read about people not being 100% happy with the hot water. For me the shower was fine however I did have a bath one evening which was a tad on the cold side so I would stick to the shower if we were fortunate to come again.

Location was perfect, we got the tram from the airport to Princes street and it was a short walk to the apartment which was so easy to do. The apartment itself was just simply stunning and a great way to spend our 10th wedding anniversary. The gift basket was a lovely touch!

Great location. Lovely apartment with meticulous attention to detail. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cooking, washing, dishwashing, food storage space, utensils, crockery, the list goes on... An opulent welcome gift of local indulgences and a bottle of fizz awaited us in the kitchen! What more could you want from a host / holiday apartment.

My wife missed the hot water times and told me later that she wasn't happy with the luke warm shower experience.

Staying in a lovely maintained Georgian house with 5-6m high ceilings and lots of space for two people to wind down.

The only thing was that the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t hot enough.

it was large, stylish and extremely comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped and we had a basket of beautiful Scottish products as well as as specialty drinks and Prosecco (all complimentary). it probably stands out as one of the best stays we have experienced as a well travelled couple.

This apartment is exceptional, luxurious and clean. It is in a nice area of town so you can explore Edinburgh by foot. But what makes this place remarkable is the attention to detail by the owner Fiona. She was so kind and helpful in every interaction.

Super period building, exceptional decor and incredibly clean. The location was about 10 mins from Princes St where you could be amongst it all or stay in as the flat has everything you need for a romantic meal in.

Using the bathtub for a shower was a little tricky because it is narrow, but we managed fine. The bathroom is very large and has plenty of counter space for toiletries. Large window lets in good light.

Fiona was waiting at the door for us when when nearly walked past (it was raining and our heads were down). She was very welcoming and showed us around their beautiful apartment. The apartment was better than the pictures could possibly portray.

I was well aware, but chose to go ahead with renting this awesome apartment, that there were stairs and the claw tub and shower may not be the best for an arthritic older person. They were not but I managed and would do so again to stay.
