Toilets on ground floor need to be refurbished.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice and quality at breakfast. Bonus to have use of a microwave.

Room was a bit too small for two man. There were no closets so we had to put our stuff all over to room. We could not lock the doors of the bathroom. Room window could not be entirely opened due to some safety reasons so we could not let much air inside.

Location was excellent, close to Old Trafford, Manchester United stadium. Staff was great, always there to help, very polite. Great shower. Comfy beds.

It met all my expectations for one night with a walking distance to Old Trafford stadium.

The room was comfortable enough for one night stay (I came to Manchester just for the match). I used to stay in a hotel next to Ibis which was more expensive and can honestly say, that for a short game visit to Manchester, Ibis is a great choice and better value for money.

They didn’t have the hotel necessaries for example a hairdryer in the room.

The area it was in was easy to locate my work.

The room had some suspicious marks on walls and bed area. Charged £10 per room for early check-in despite calling the day before and being told it wasn't an issue and there wouldn't be a charge. Tv didn't work properly and wouldn't change channel. Room was very warm and air conditioning was ineffective. No tea and coffee facilities. Bed was rock hard.

It was close to the stadium. Car park was fine. Relatively quiet.

Air conditioning did not work, it turns on but does cool the room just acts as a fan. The window did not open far, it was very noisy if we did open the window, as the tram went past the hotel. One member of staff (male, tall, glasses) was rather rude on our first night, maybe not the job for him. Felt like the hotel was about to close down soon, prices on items in the fridge were silly considering they're not far from two shops. Paying for parking seems unnecessary, there's a road behind the hotel carpark that is completely free and has plenty of spaces. I would personally not pay to stay again.

We liked that we could walk just across the road to the tram station and the pub

It would be and feel better if coffee/tea making facilities were made available in your rooms...we had to settle for cold drinks in our rooms, we will bring a kettle next time.

It was clean tidy and had most of the basics you need...bed for the night, shower, sink toilet...for your 1 night stay.

The beds could have been more comfortable, due to the way that the beds are made. The corridors can smell of fumes. The VAT for the hotel can be a bit much as well.

The staff at ibis Budget Manchester Salford Quays are friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient as the tram station is only 5 minutes if you want to get to Central Manchester quickly. The breakfast was amazing for a relatively cheap hotel.
