I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

We stayed for one night and had dinner as well as breakfast at the hotel. It was all excellent and our meals were delicious. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable and with a high standard of cleanliness. Our room was a good size and nicely furnished. We appreciated the little details of providing fresh milk in the mini fridge as part of the tea and coffee making facilities. All the staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming.

Room was nice and large but our private bathroom was up a flight of stairs which made the bathroom just too hot.

Property and grounds are exceptional. Staff was very friendly. Food in the dining was good not great. Janette, our breakfast server was outstanding…very friendly and outgoing.

Very warm welcome and lovely rooms in an elegant old country house surrounded by pretty gardens and parkland. Beautiful peaceful location, yet convenient to Stratford and bigger roads. Good food in the impressive dining room. Easy to park. Staff could not have been friendlier.

The hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning, the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel special. We also got upgraded as it was our 30th Wedding Anniversary.

The hotel is a stunning beautifully restored country mansion, like a French Chateaux in the English countryside. Everything is superbly maintained and presented by very professional and friendly staff. Staying here was an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Superb food - staff couldn't do enough. Breakfast was amazing so was the evening a la Carte menu. Beautiful place in a beautiful location.

The toilet didn't flush but they did refund me £50.00 for inconvenience which was nice, The staff where all so friendly!

Very friendly staff and the location of the place was wonderful, People say its haunted but i didnt get any weird feeling whilst being there, The pub down the road called the bell is wonderful to have dinner but its a good 30 minute walk away, i walked whilst the sun was setting so it wasnt so bad as the views are nice but cars do fly up and down

Weather was too hot! But obviously not the hotel's fault!

Lovely breakfast, with plenty of choice, room was clean plus air con was awesome on the hottest day of the year! Dinner was well presented and tasty with good, attentive and quick table service. Staff were friendly and polite. Was a very nice experience for my partner's 50th Birthday. Her Birthday card was a nice touch too. Thank you. Would definitely come back again.

There was nothing there to dislike. The only frustrating issue on our visit was the lights in the ladies changing room were on a timer. They constantly went out while we were trying to shower. Perhaps a movement sensor is needed in the shower or give them a longer time. It was a bit of a hazard keep leaping out the shower to wave at the sensor. Everything else about the visit was perfect

The house and gardens were stunning. It was so peaceful in such beautiful surroundings. The staff were very welcoming and made my sister's birthday special for her. We will definitely return.

The staff were excellent, but the hotel was clearly understaffed.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and really went the extra mile. The food was excellent, The room exceeded my expectations, and we particularly like the pool facilities.
