The only complaint was that the blinds didn't keep out much of the morning light so we woke early. We had brought some of our own children's groblinds but not enough!

Lovely well decorated apartment with everything we needed. It was very clean and had bedding ready for all of us (there were 4 beds but they prepared bedding for our 5th member who could then sleep on a mattress on the floor). You can see the sea from the rooms.

This is a lovely property in a great location. It is much larger than the pictures on the website give the impression with lovely views and natural light in the living room and main bedroom. The host, Evee, was very helpful!

It could do with mirrors in the bedroom and a hook on the bathroom door to hang your towel. Other than that it was perfect.

It was a really lovely apartment in an amazing position right across the road from the beach. It was very well presented and decorated with lots of really nice personal touches. Very good value for money. Perfect little place to stay - would definitely stay again. 😀

The double bed creaked every time we moved in it resulting in us putting the mattress in the floor and sleeping there. Also the doors to the en-suite and bathroom creaked very loudly which wasn’t great for the midnight visit.

Location of property was excellent, close to beach, shops and parks. Flat was clean and perfect size for our little getaway.

This was our first stay at Eastbourne, feel lucky to have a stay at Evee’s. The whole family felt like home, very clean, well organised, perfect location as its just a minute walk from the beach. Would recommend it 100% Thanks Evee

Would have loved some coffee & a pint of milk...for that first morning...some kind of welcome gesture...also we had no bins upstairs & just one loo roll.

Super place...ideal for our family of 4....spacious, spotless & super close to the beach 😁 Also suggest new photos as the "pink ones" make it look a lot smaller than it really is.

The bed i slept in was noisy when turning over or moving but apart from that i would recommend .

Location was perfect . The house was equipped with everything you needed. It was clean and was supplied with washing up liquid, hand-wash ,towels, umbrellas ,tea towels , tea bags, coffee and sugar . Easy instruction when we arrived and was allowed to enter earlier and leave later .

The flat was so close to everything and the parking was free along the road so that was a bonus the host was very good in the description of the flat abs all the information that was sent before we went we will definitely be back as we love Eastbourne abs we were visiting family while we were there

Pretty much everything! Decorated tastefully, very clean and well-cared for. With two good-sized bedrooms, it was perfect for our family of 4(2 adults, 2 teenagers) on a short break. Even when my son found his bed not to his liking, he found the sofa bed delightful! We were able to host guests for supper and use the fabulous dining table and chairs. The view of the sea from the lounge window was the icing on the cake! We loved the location, appreciated all the facilities and would recommend it wholeheartedly!!

The Location was great. Eve is a great host! Super friendly, Let us know about the area, where to go, how far away everything was. Eve was super accommodating to us extending our stay as we was there on a work basis. Great service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Evee’s. She thought of absolutely everything and really accommodated us. The whole property was spotless and such a beautiful place to stay. The property is a 30 second walk to the beach which our children really liked (and us haha). We would highly recommend this place to stay and we will definitely be back next year :) thank you Evee.

The property was perfect for what I needed, clean spacious and enough rooms for all that were staying. Also free parking, this is not common in Eastbourne streets 😁. The property was also within a minutes walk to get to the seafront (big bonus). Mostly the host was very accommodating, even after a couple of complications (on my end) sorry Evee 😁. Evee was also very good at either answering her phone or quickly responding if she missed a call #mumlife 😁.

One of the beds had slats that were not supportive and broken. There was no vanity facilities or mirrors upstairs for drying hair. The pullout sofa had not been cleaned and it was stained.
