The bathroom taps where to close to the wall on the bath it was a struggle to turn them on but eventually did it plus there was mold around the sealant around the bath and the bottom of the bath was cracked and dirty looking apart from that the property is perfect and I love it there when I visit for the night for a nice little break away

We did notice the drawers near the tv was broken, I tried opening the top one and it made the drawer below open too, then I couldn’t shut it as it was awkward as it was sat on top of it.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bed was really hard and the pillows were so flat

Building and room were cold for my tastes. Single electric heater in room Off when I arrived) did a good job after an hour or so. No heating it bathroom.

Fair value for money. Basic but clean. Cooked breakfast was better than I hoped for. Large car park. Nice hot shower. Bar.

Reception staff very helpful.first room smelt musty. They changed it without any issue. Bed comfy and room clean. TV was a bit hit and miss with signal but we were having bad weather . Food in resteraunt was excellent and service as always brilliant

Very noisy, all doors seem to slam shut, could do with slow closing mechanisms on them. Lampshade in the bath room was hanging off Smell of old/stale smoke in my corridor

The creaky bed would be my only slightly negative point but it did not detract from a good night's sleep.

No internet and I was there on business and unable to work. Signal is poor too I was unable to hotspot either. The bed was not very comfortable for me. The TV did not work could only hear it no picture. The bathroom mirror is placed very high i could only see the top of my head. I had to send some of my food back when i went for dinner as it was stale. I did have a bad stomach the next day but not sure i could prove where this stemmed from. It was a cold night and i tried putting the heater on but I think it was on a timer and kept going off.

Had to be moved twice as toilet seat broken in first room and then again at 12.45am as we had very noisy neighbours and as the room had adjoining doors it was too loud to sleep. But we were moved to a room straightaway.

Sandwich left out too long before serving. Top slice rock hard - couldn't eat. Crackers were stale. I think someone in the kitchen made silly mistakes which took the shine off otherwise excellent food.

The carpet in our room was in desperate need of a good clean. The remote control for the TV was filthy. In light of covid still being around it would be advisable for the remote to have been wiped with disinfectant.

The reception, bar area and dining areas were lovely. clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was close to where we needed to be. . Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size with a juliet balcony.

Restaurant menu was quite restricted in choice and relativly expensive. However, the food was very good with good service also.

My trip was with my son and grandson and the hotel arranged a room with 3 single beds which suited us perfectly.😁

Very hard pillows. Could do with an update. Sockets had been removed/covered over I guess so you can't charge everything you own but only socket for telly and kettle. Also can't just have bed lights on, they all come on or all go off!
